Emperor Sauna, Emperor Hotel: This was a very ritzy looking joint. The Emperor is also open 24 hours. Rates are in the $1100-1200 range for 60 minutes. They have 100 girls on staff. They also let me look at the books. I saw some beautiful pictures in the two books I flipped through. They also had the requisite number of Russians in addition to the large number of Chinese. I think they also had some SE Asian girls working there. The Emperor Hotel is quite large, and is located on the Rua De Xangai, close to the pedestrian mall area where the freelancers work. The sauna is on the 2nd floor.

I looked through the books here. Most were doable, but I wanted the one I was most attracted to for the price they were charging. I found a Vietnamese I really liked, but wasn't coming in until 11pm that evening. I got her ID # written down on a piece of paper, but I had concerns that she might not look as good in person. I ended up being wowed by the talent in Big Boss Sauna that night and never came back to claim my prize.
