People in shops, hotels, and some taxi drivers will all speak English to some degree, but a majority of the people there will only speak Cantonese. All the street names there are in English. Anything you need to read should be in both Chinese and English.

All the saunas I went to were full service, but I only visited two.

Those were Lucky Sauna and Empire Sauna in Jordan. There are a few others in that area as well like Jordan Sauna. Jordan is a discount place and offers full service for $600 HKD.

Noble Sauna is very close to the Real Kowloon Hotel where I stayed. They were more expensive in the $1000+ range, but they offered FS as well.

Have you checked out the Mongkok brothels as well? They are the yellow signed places all up and down Shanghai and Portland street. They have small rooms and selection of mainland Chinese, Thai, Russian, Mongolian, Viet, etc. Price usually start around $300 HKD.

The main thing about saunas and the Mongkok brothels is that you don't get to pick beforehand.

If I remember right, the description I read about Hotel Reservation on the 141 site described it as incall only. I think this is the case to avoid stings since many of the ladies are working while on tourist visas. Unfortunately, I also think this contributes to bait-and-switch for that category of ladies.
