Pension Erotica N1 is located on the west side of Calle 4 between Avenidas 8 & 10. It's a small place in a rough looking neighborhood and across the street from Pension Maison II. It's easily identifiable from the sign. You'll need to walk up some stairs to get to the viewing area.

This place is open Mon-Sun 9am-10pm. Prices are 12k colones for 30 minutes and 18k colones for 60 minutes.

There were 2 out of 3 that were passable for the price when I visited on a Tuesday late afternoon last month, but I didn't partake.
