Does anyone know anything about this place? Their website says that they have rooms for about $50 a night with balconies overlooking the street.

I believe it closed but will be reopening w/ new owners or something in future.

Here is their functional web address http://www.hgranvia.com .All the rooms have balconies. You get the best rate if you call. They often run a 3 day weekend special for $99usd. Some of the staff speaks english. The one main downfall is that most rooms have a bad odor. I usually stay here because of the balcony views, good rates and its a break from Del-Rey.
