Elite II is a popular strip club that many cabbies will offer to bring you to (I believe they receive a commission) Like Le Palace, you can arrange dates with these ladies as well, but I'm not sure if they are available while working by paying a bar fine.

They often have all you can drink specials, I believe the price was $20 or $30. This covers only your drinks and not any drinks for the ladies.

If you go for the special, you will pay downstairs before you enter. After walking up the stairs, you'll be right next to a small lap dance area. To the right of this area is the stage, and to the left a path that takes you to seating at the back of the club and to the bar. Past the bar is a door that leads to the private dance room(s).

Prices can add up quickly and you may be tempted to overspend since you are not billed until you leave, so be careful.

I successfully arranged a next-day date with one of the ladies here, although I had to come back a second night since she gave me the wrong phone number the first time.

This place was formerly called Josephines and Elite. According to what I was told, there is no other strip club named Josephines or Elite (I).

Talent here is mixed, some really hot ones and some average ones.I ended up pulling one out of here on the same night I met her without paying the bar fine.

I agree talent here is very mixed, but one of my best looking ladies came from here.

Batalladora came from here,and was a complete winner.The one I pulled from Le palace did not look very good in day light but got an A for effort.

The cabbies get a $50 commission and it comes from the girls cut. I have a very good friend I met through here. She meets me at the airport every trip. If you go by cab have them drop you off close by and walk to it. It will make it easier to negotiate the girls cut since that eliminates her paying out $50 to leave with you.

Lady drinks are now $17.85, you must buy 5 drinks and pay $72 for barfine, so about $162 for the bar.

Girls want $200 for the night.

I have been to Panama City many times but will never, never go to either Elite or the Palace. I am told Panamanian guys hit these bars just before closing time. These two bars are in the business of ripping off gringos. The girls though are beauties but the prices are excessive.
Try the other places recommended, particularly Golden Times.

Last 2 nights, the talent was fairly good, with about 30-40 gals. Cover was $21 for all U can drink (local spirits) and the lady drinks are $15. Many of the dancers are silicon enhanced, but still very attractive. Take out is still ridiculous at $200/gal and $150 barfine. One good thing is every hour or so you get free lap dances w/all the groping you desire, whooopeee. One gal I met gave me her number and said she would do a sneak out for $150, but passed on it and promised her I'd call her in Cali when her contract is up.

I was also there in May 2007. 25$ cover then all drinks are free. Ladies are between 6-10. A few stunners. Also surprised to see girls who worked there for two years ago. Use to be all new girls. Whatever, they all look amazing. If you want to take a lady home it cost you a lot. 80-150 to the bar, depends on you. Then the girls want 300-500$. But I heard guys who got the price down to 80$. But that is not for any of the stunners, they know very well how much money they can get.

I though I would check out this establishment as part of my general Panama City orientation, in spite of the high prices. I went for the $25 open bar package, which in retrospect was a mistake; you have to drink quite a lot for that to cost in. I arrived with my wingman at about 9:30 pm on a Monday evening and we were the only customers in the place. The pole dancing is OK if you like that sort of thing. There were plenty of girls hanging around only too happy to sit down with you; about 95% Colombian, the rest being from Panama. Looks in the 6-8 range. Buying the overpriced $15 lady drinks gets you a girl for about 30 minutes during which time she is happy to indulge in some non-stop grinding action and, in the case of the two we had, a reasonable amount of groping in either direction. The girls we were with explained that the hottest girls arrived in the second shift which started at 10:00 pm. This turned out to be spot on. The place started to fill up with over 50 girls in the 8-10 range, with some real stunners amongst them. The number of customers doubled at around this time: there were now 4 of us in total! I decided to try out the $25 ‘special’ lap dance (the standard one is $11) – purely in the interests of research of course. This buys you about 10 minutes in a private cubicle where your girl gets totally naked and then allows you to do pretty much anything with her using your hands and tongue. She seemed happy with me subjecting her to comprehensive oral abuse. The girl does nothing to you in return – strictly one way only it would seem.
I confirmed that barfines and girls’ personal charges for services outside the club are as previously posted on this thread. OK if you are loaded and only have one night to blow your wad, otherwise best avoided in my view. Overall, this is a fun place to hang out for an hour or two, maybe once on a trip, but be warned that it is a ruthlessly efficient machine for extracting your $$$.

What kind of oral do you mean? Was there butthole inspection and DFK? If so, that sounds pretty good for $25 per song.

Pretty much every kind of oral, including DATY, rimming, tit sucking - you name it. Kissing was rather too superficial to count as DFK. But like I say, one way only. She does nothing in return to you. At least, this was true for the two girls that me and my wingman went with. Other girls may have a different modus operandi for all I know.

Went there about 1AM or so last night with a chica I picked up at Habanos (her idea, said she loved to watch the women dance) and it was $30 each all you can drink. I stopped by Elite on a Saturday night but didn't make it in. They wanted $30 for unlimited drinks or $20 for 3 drinks, but with the high level of talent at Habano's and Veneto, I couldn't justify the price. I decided later on that I at least wanted to see how the talent compared to the past, but since I was only in the city a short time I didn't make it.

At least one good thing about this place is that they're open Sunday.
