Hours are approximately 7pm-3am Monday through Saturday. Supposedly you can knock at the door of some of these clubs when they are closed and they may let you in if any of the ladies want to work. I never did this, so I cannot confirm if such is the case here, but I doubt it for Elite.
You'll be patted down before being allowed to enter. You'll also to be required to pay an expensive cover charge of 100Q, $13 US. You'll receive two free drinks with the cover, but it's still high. You may also be offered the option of an open bar for 150Q, about $18. I believe this is only Monday and Saturday, but I still am not too thrilled by that option either.
Once past the initial gate, you'll be in a large courtyard with the building in front of you. The cover will be collected at a desk on the right before you continue down the path. You'll enter the main seating area to see the stage in front of you to your right. Straight ahead are the restrooms and behind you on a second level are some VIP rooms.
The club is well kept and looks very nice and comfortable, it's also closeby if you are staying in Zone 10. Beyond that, my opinion of Elite drops dramatically. Ladies drinks are ridiculously priced at 150Q, $18US. Prices for table and private dances are displayed in US dollars on little cards on the tables at $11 for table and $22 for private. While they seemed to have a fair number of ladies, the selection did not seem very impressive. The ladies are probably available, but if so, likely at high take-out prices or off-hours only. They didn't appear to have short time rooms. I was too put off by the place to really find out.
Pros: Nice interior and near Zone 10 hotels.
Cons: High cover, high drink prices, high dance prices.
