Kiss Fresh is one of the best overall options I found in San Salvador (not really saying much for SS)

You'll likely need a taxi to get here as it's not very near any of the recommended hotels.

They close at 7pm, so they only have one shift. Days are Monday-Saturday.

Most cabdrivers should know it, if not just show them your San Salvador Map. It's Blue11.

They have a website at: www.kissfresh.com.sv. If you visit, turn your speakers off as the looping music quickly gets annoying.

I didn't get a photo of the front since the doorman had a machine gun. The security here seemed a bit overdone. In addition to the machine gunner outside, another guard with a shotgun was posted behind the front door. A third shotgun armed guard wandered the premises. The website has accurate photos of both interior and exterior, though.

The lobby area is nice with white tiled floor, bright lighting, and well maintained furnishings.

Prices start at $24 for 30 minutes ($3 cover). They provide a "menu" with a full list of time and service options.

After you are seated by one of the ladies, all of them will briefly shake your hand, most with a simple "hola" if even otherwise acknowledging your presence at all, then wait for you to choose. I chose both times, but another gentleman I saw said something to dismiss them while he sat by himself for awhile.

Despite the lackluster attitude during the introductions, I had one of my best sessions here in terms of looks and quality of service. I also had another session with good service with a short lady whose head appeared slightly out of proportion, but she was too tall to be considered a dwarf. The rest of the ladies I saw during the two visits were not too impressive. Most of them were weight challenged, beauty challenged, or both.

Unfortunately I couldn't get pics of either date. Based on the exact same response I received ("Malo"), I assume it was some kind of club policy of no photos. If I return I'll try to arrange an outdate for photos.

When you're done you may want to have ask your lady to have the club call you a cab. I'm not sure if the area is one you should be walking around in.

I found photos of one of my dates posted by Baypilot. Damaris(Adamaris) is on the left of photos 15033 and 15034. She currently looks significant better than the photos. She's slimmer, does her hair more nicely, and does her makeup well. She was my best session in San Salvador and in the top three in looks. It was really a shame that I didn't get photos of what she looks like now.

Two weeks ago I didn´t know I was gonna be in El Salvador. I didn´t start reading Vladimir´s guide and map until after arriving in SV. I followed his strategy to hit this place first. Jackpot.

KF was remodeling when I was there. Rooms I had looked much better than shown in the photos above. There are 2 stairways leading to 2 different room areas. The larger, nicer rooms are above the back stairway. Beds felt new, firm, comfortable, 6ft. long mirror next to bed, 2 condoms. But bathroom down the hall and small.

KF deserves an award for good value and service. In the last 2 months that I´ve traveled to Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, KF was the best casa I experienced. All my KF sessions were gfe or pse, 2 pops, half of them offered gk, cim, etc.

This is a very clean place. 40 dollars for one hour. 28 for half. With the right girl the 12 extra dollars are well worth it.

30 girls, many with bellys, can be found at this house converted to a brothel in a residential neighborhood. 3 dollar entrance includes one beer and a menu of drinks and price packages for the girls. You could have up to three at a time if you could handle it.

The girl I met, Siren, a 20 year old morena with an asian face and banging body, asked me to buy her a 10 dollar fresh kiss drink the first time I went. The second time she did not ask and we went up stairs for GFE.

This place is located near the intersection of Constitution and San Antonio Abad as shown on the map of Salvador on this site. If you are walking take the Algodon street off of Constitution down the hill until you get to the bottom of the hill and you see a bright yellow house on the left side with guards standing in front of it. enter the frosty door and you will be patted down and then greeted by one of the girls with a menu and asking for the 3 dollar cover charge. Sit down. Get your beer. And then 30 girls may be presented to you with a shake of the hand. Now you have to choose. For me the choice was easy. Quality may change with time.

the $80 credit @ KF must be something new coz i didnt experience it during my visit.
the ¨joint with the playboy logo¨ where you enjoyed freaky chicas, i think is the same club i reported on as ¨No Cover¨ in the bars/clubs section.

replies to some ch members questions in RJ2000´s rpt: although it´s a small sample size, all of my sv sessions were gfe or pse. not once did i had to negotiate price or for services like dfk, bbbj; only asked them if were willing to provide those services & most said yes. none of them asked for extra $, or lady drinks. to my complete surprise a few even offered/performed cim, cimws, gk, bbfs when we were in bed. they´re enthusiastic, passionate, skilled, fun, repeat-worthy unlike the typical paisa in medellin, imho.
