This is directly across the street from the Mariott hotel, and a short walk down the street from the Riande Continental hotel. Pretty nice looking Ho's in there, but you will pay at minimum $70 for an hour. If you don't smoke this place is obviously a drag.

The quotes mostly start at $100, but bargaining is expected. I cut the conversation short on one lady that quoted $150. I believe the ladies here are all or mostly Colombian. Talent wasn't as nice as GT or Le Palace, but good enough.

As the night progresses, some ladies will make their way to La Bodeguita.

There has been another crackdown on girls at Veneto. As a result more of the independents are basing out of Habanos. I passed thru there one night last week. Met some friends for an early beer at 9:30. There were already about 20 girls and more kept coming. This is unusual at this hour. My friend reported that he went back another night after 1 and it was still going strong. As usual all shapes and sizes. No updated infor about pricing.

Stopped by here briefly on a Tuesday to check out the FL action. Plenty of girls around at 1:30 am, but mostly at the older end of the scale; looks ranging from 4-7. I thought it rather quaint that when we walked into the bar, all the girls that had been sitting on the veranda outside trooped in to the bar and formed a sort of line-up for our inspection. There were, however, one or two that I would have been OK with. My wingman got chatting to a cute girl that he would have been happy to take back to his hotel, except that his hotel, like mine, had impenetrable security. Cost would have been $60. Unfortunately, before I could select a chica to chat with, a not particularly attractive girl latched on to me and I could not shake her off. In the end we had to leave as there was no other way of cutting loose. This place closes at 2:00 am early in the week. Nearer the weekend, I believe it is open until at least 4:00 am. I would definitely try it again if I needed a quick and cheap takeaway.

Went here in Feb. and Thurs., Fri. and last night and I like the place, with chicas averaging in the 6-10 range. The Thursday of my arrival a no smoking ban went into effect in all public places, so you have to smoke outside anywhere now. Minimum wage in Panama is something like $250 a month. A majority of these chicas who resort to prostitution cannot get a job that pays better than minimum wage....and they would be forced to work 12-hours days and half a day on Saturday...they get like $1.10 an hour as a basic laborer in Panama.

If these chicas can turn just one $40-$60 fuck per day (they pay no taxes)...they are doing really well.

If you pay these chicas more than this, then you artificially cause inflation for the rest of us.

I used to live in Panama. I go back every year for a couple of weeks. In less than 2-years I plan to retire in Panama. I know Panama very well...and I am a white-ass gringo. I am average looking...and I do very well in Panama.

Consistently I can get laid for a cost of $40-$60 per fuck...I absolutely refuse to pay more than $70. The chicas I fuck usually ask for $100, but when I laugh and then tell them what the going rate is...they always come down rather than see me and my wallet walk away with their friend (who was willing to negotiate).

You newbies to Panama need to realize that you are no longer in "Kansas" when you visit. You don't "impress" latinas like you do American gringas. Yes, a latin wants a gringo because he has lots of money...but the latina is also seeking a man who is not a chump. Respect is a very important trait in Latin America...the latino men over-do the "machismo"...but the chicas in Latin America want to see atleast a little machismo from gringo men.

I'm not suggesting that you be a cheap-ass. But when you show a woman that you are strong (a little machismo) but also fair man...they will respect you. They will actually be more attracted to you and likely fuck you better if you can show them that you are more savvy than the average tourist.

When you pay them too much money...they become like strippers in the USA...they grab all your money and when your money is gone...they turn-up their noses and can't wait to get away from you because they have no respect for you.

Adjust your thinking when visiting Latin America and other popular mongering destinations. Before you go...find-out what the going rate is and then have the balls to negotiate a reasonable price...or walk.

Look, I have to say that I'm totally unimpressed with the clubhombre clientele from what I've seen so far. (I just signed up tonight because I'm going to Panama City after a lot of experience in the rest of Central America except for Belize.)

If you're buying chica drinks, you're a putz. I read about all guys these "giving tips" about the girls that they're paying $100 to $300 for. I don't need tips to pay that kind of money to girl in a country where the average wage is $1.50 a hour. If you're paying that, you're an idiot. It's impossible to pay more. Who are you to give me advice? If you're paying $50, I don't really need advice from you either.

Learn some Spanish. Don't be such a pushover that you consider her opening offer to be any indication of what she's worth. She's worth between $20 and $50, regardless of what she says to you. If she asks for more than that, it's because she's testing you.

This place is alive and well....however I wish some of my fellow GRINGO's would stop paying $200, $250, and one idiot paid $500 for an hour!

I walked by this place quite a few times and went in once. A few girls came up to me and asked to sit, but I told them "Maybe later." There were quite a few good looking girls here. Mostly Colombians and Venezuelans.

Then an American girl and 3 American guys sat down at the table next to me. The American girl who looked to be in her early 20s started talking and flirting with me. She made it clear that she meant for free. My answer was the same. She may have robbed me in the middle of the night.

Habano's Cafe is probably the top spot for ladies at the moment, even outdoing Le Palace, but I haven't yet been to Elite II this trip.

The place looks a lot different than the last time I was here, although that was many years ago. The entire place is now an open-air bar and can accommodate a lot more people. There were at least 100 ladies working on the nights I went. So far I've met mostly Colombians and a Cuban.

Quotes are starting at $150, but you should be able to get down to $100 or so, more or less depending on you, the lady, and how busy it is. I paid $120 but I was dead set on a particular one on a busy night.

They have a short-time hotel around the corner for $25 less than a minute away. That was new to me. I'll post more about my experience there in a report.
