Rental apartments or long term hotels?

Has anyone had any experience with Sudamer or Apartamentos Aranjuez? I am planning on staying in costa rica a couple of weeks this time and wanted to try this option out. I'm not real worried about bringing guests back because i prefer to go out for my entertainment. any feedback would be helpful.

Hey Ddream,

just wondering if you stayed in the Apartmentos Aranjuez? The sound pretty good. But I think there are issues as far as bringing guest is concerned, any info would be highly appreciated.
