You know the deal. MC = "mostly covered." You have a statistically higher probability of receiving a CBJ at MC than any other venue in Rio. The Brasilian guys on the local boards say the same thing about the place, and say it's because most of the clientele is foreigners, so the GPs believe they can get away with giving CBJs to them.

The real problem, Layne, is that the place doesn't suck (well).

Out of curiousity I went back to my trip report/guide to Rio from July 2003 and saw I had written that Monte Carlo had more restrictions than other termas (I also lumped it in with Solarium in this regard, but believe I was either wrong about Solarium or things have since changed there). So anyway it would seem this problem at Monte Carlo is not new.

Not sure I get the complaints. Never once has a garota tried to put a wrapper on before chupa. That include the four I have done this trip.

I am also going to say that, imo, MC is the best overall quality going right now. There is one especially that should absolutely not be missed.
