I made a couple stops at La Oficina during my February trip. It's about 2 blocks northeast of Dr Love. The location is north of the Rio Cali, or north of Avenida 2N. I've seen it placed on a Google map south of Avendia 3N, that is incorrect.
There were 6-7 ladies available on both visits and usually only a couple other customers if any the times I went. Talent was ok, there were a couple I found attractive, but not enough to impress.
Price was 50k for 30 minutes or 66k for an hour. I took up a Paula for half and had a good time.
Oficina is open 10am to 8pm.

Stopped by today, again, my experience agrees with Vladimir. I took up Desere for an hour, and was not too happy, she was in a hurry. Later she apologised and said she did not realise that I had paid for an hour.
Room was very basic, with no shower in the room. I sweat a lot in Cali, and would have appreciated better facilities.
