Seduccion is a newer chongo located down the street from Barbies on the other side of El Inca at Eloy Alfaro N46-58. The nearest cross street is De Las Bugambillas with another chongo called Club 154 on the other side the cross street before a gas station. It's also next to a place called Los Sanduches "El Arbolito". It's unlikely your cab driver will know the address, so you'll want to specify that you want to go to the "chongo" near los Sanduches "El Arbolito". If they don't know that place or the cross street, you might say near near El Inca or Barbies, but not Barbies. There are only three chongos there, so the worst case scenario is you get there and one of the guys in front of the building redirects you to the proper place.

The opening hours are Monday through Saturday starting at 2pm. Closing varies upon the night and the number of customers in the bar. On the first Friday night I was told they'd be open until 5am.

Cover was a little high at $5 but included a drink. Seduccion is large with plenty of space and seating and even an indoor pool (drained the nights I was there), but the talent wasn't much. On my first and third visits I spotted one lady I liked, but she turned out to be boring and only borderline friendly, so I passed. I never asked about the session costs, but I'm sure they were in the range of $10-$20 for 15-20 minutes.
