Quick Quito Itinerary Guide
Preface
I got the idea for this guide from being asked a question on recommended chongos. Since there wasn't a recent guide on Quito, I decided to write this short one for anyone else that might be interested.
Travel Preparation
Visa: No Visa Required for US Citizens. You'll be issued a T-3 embarkation card valid for 90 days upon arrival
Currency: Ecuador uses the US Dollar, so no need to worry about conversions or exchange rates
Electricity: 120 volts AC, 60Hz. Plugs are the same as in the US, although it's good to keep a 3 to 2 prong adaptor in your luggage if any of your cords have a ground plug.
Accomodations
I always stay in the Mariscal district, usually in a hotel on Juan Leon Mera called The Alston Inn (CH Link). Juan Leon Mera is not the most secure street and it's the only place in South America where I've been mugged (my own fault for not paying attention after several trips with no issues), so if you're concerned about security, find a place nearby on Amazonas or in a nicer hotel, you'll be saying money on the ladies anyways.
Airport
As of February 2013 with the opening of the new Mariscal Sucre International Airport, travel time from airport to the Mariscal district should take 45-60 minutes and cost from $25-$30. Parts of the journey are subject to bad traffic bottlenecks, but with international flight scheduling, these should mostly be avoided. However, if you do have a flight that is not in the early morning or late evening, you should take bad traffic into account.
Taxis
I've never had a problem here with price gouging to the best of my recollection, but it's still good to make sure you agree on a price to your destination beforehand. To the best of my knowledge, none of the clubs pay taxi drivers a commission, so a direct route shouldn't be an issue. I'm also unaware of any security issues involving Quito cab drivers.
When referring to the clubs and brothels, make sure you use the word "chongo", as "club", "nightclub", and "bar" will only confuse them. I've also found that many taxi drivers do not know the names of the places, but will understand if you say "el chongo en [street name] cerca de [cross street or landmark]".

The Chongos
The government seems to regularly crackdown on chongos for some violation at which point they temporarily close, then reopen at a later date. It's a good idea to always have backup plans in case this happens to a place you intend to visit.
Each venue is linked to it's discussion topic on this board, I did not include the places I haven't been or that have been closed with the exceptions of El Swing, which has supposedly reopened since my last visit, and Club 155 which is newer with a good reputation but closed during my last visit.
Below each venue I've placed a rating on a scale of 1 to 5. This number only refers to my opinion of the place relative to others in Quito and taking into consideration the type of place it intends to be, so the cheap chongos do not get penalized for being poorly maintained and dirty, and the upscale chongos do not get penalized for being very expensive.
Most of the list are low-end brothels that have a cover of a few dollars and range from $8-$20 per 15-20 minutes. 515, Extasis, and Dollhouse have $25-$30 covers and will set you back at least $225 total if you session.
329 (CH Link): Nicolas Lopez 329 cerca de La Prensa
1/5. Small daytime venue near the old airport with poor selection.
557 (aka Gata Caliente) (CH Link): Jose Luis Tamayo 557 cerca de Veintimilla
2/5. Small daytime venue. I've never seen anyone I liked here, but to be honest, haven't visited much, either.
Akershuz (CH Link): Reina Victoria 860 cerca de Wilson
3/5. Medium sized with some nice ladies occasionally, but sometimes unusually shy or unfriendly.
Apple (CH Link): Republica 384 cerca de Diego de Almagro
4/5. Newer and upcoming chongo with a good reputation, but sometimes not enough ladies.
Barbies (CH Link): Eloy Alfaro cerca de El Inca
5/5. Probably my favorite low-end evening chongo. Some of my best looking ladies were from here.
Blush (CH Link): John Murillo 122 cerca de San Gregorio
4/5. Fairly popular daytime chongo with lots of ladies. Lots of work for the ladies here.
Bodies (CH Link): 6 de Diciembre 2309 cerca de La Nina
3/5. Evening chongo with decent facilities but few ladies. Supposedly more ladies later according to the bouncer, but I've never seen them.
Bolivia 148 (CH Link): Bolivia 148 cerca de 10 de Augusto
3/5. Small daytime chongo but found a couple lookers here.
Cafe Rojo (CH Link): Juan Holguin 117 cerca de Amazonas
5/5. Probably the most popular and reliable daytime place for attractive ladies, but some can be stuck up or sharks.
Cheers (CH Link): Av. America N25-54 cerca de Mosquera Narvaez
2/5. Sessioned here once years ago but visits since then have had poor lineups.
Club 154 (CH Link): Eloy Alfaro cerca de De Las Bugambillas
1/5. Newer chongo that is supposedly somewhat popular to locals, but ugly ladies and sketchy place based on my single visit. I'll check again but for now advise others to avoid.
Club 155 (CH Link): Logrono 155 cerca de La Prensa
?/5. Supposedly one of the newer hot evening places to go after Cafe Rojo closes, but closed during my recent visit so I have no personal experience here.
Club 5-15 (CH Link): Inaquito 515 cerca de Ignacio San Maria
3/5. Less expensive to session than the other upscale clubs, but generally inferior quantity and quality with same cover charge.
Dolce Vita (CH Link): Mosquera Narvaez 269 cerca de 10 de Augusto
3/5. Good selection in the past but very few ladies on my most recent trip. Hopefully just an issue at the time.
Dollhouse (CH Link): Los Tuliapanes E10-144 cerca de 6 de Diciembre
5/5. Beautiful ladies and a nice evening place to visit if you don't mind the $30 cover and spending at least $220 if you session there.
El Swing (CH Link): Bolivia 120 cerca de 10 de Augusto
3/5. Evening venue with nice ladies occasionally, but usually not very many. Closed for a long time and only heard it's reopened second hand.
Extasis (CH Link): Avenida 10 de Agosto 4762 cerca de Ignacio San Maria
4/5. Upscale evening club with the best looking ladies, but possibly shady management. Read the topic regarding requiring and photocopying passports.
Guajira (CH Link): Diego De Almagro 1273 cerca de Francisco de Orellana
5/5. Good daytime place made even better with recent remodal and improved lineup of ladies.
Kahlua (CH Link): 10 de Agosto 4719 (N35-77) cerca de Ignaico San Maria
2/5. Decent facilities and an occasional decent looking lady around, but an unusual rougher looking crowd. I got eyed more here than other places.
Karisma VIP (fka 3 Star) (CH Link): Republica 198 cerca de 10 de Agosto
2/5. Evening venue open in the day but very few ladies early from my experience. Very spacious but crowd can look a little rough.
Las Diosas (aka Julisa) (CH Link): La Nina 270 cerca de Diego de Almagro
1/5. Revolting lineup on every visit for at least 5 years now. Only reason to visit is to checkup while in the area visiting Guajira.
Paisa (fka Medellin) (CH Link): Fernando Meneses 110 cerca de La Gasca
3/5. Cleanest daytime venue and one of the only ones supposedly open on Sunday. It's best to call on Sunday since in my experience this has not always been the case.
Resorte Medellin (CH Link): Cuero Y Caicedo Oe1-33 cerca de 10 de Augusto
3/5. Few ladies but surprisingly all attractive on my last visit. However, I haven't been here enough to know how talent has been over time.
Seduccion (CH Link): Eloy Alfaro N46-58 cerca de De La Bugambillas
2/5. Newer chongo with lots of space and nice layout but too few ladies.
Swincito (CH Link): Bolivia 120 cerca de 10 de Augusto
3/5. Dark and poorly ventilated daytime venue but a good place to find gems.
Touch Me (CH Link): Avenida 10 de Agosto 4033 cerca de Rumipamba
3/5. Daytime spot overcrowded with guys with a bad layout in a supposedly dangerous area, but I've found quite a few gems in here. Read the topic regarding them requiring identification.
Vibracion (CH Link): Wilson 739 cerca de Amazonas
4/5. Poor reputation, but I found lookers here and liked the place on my last visit. Still, read the topic for more information.

Itinerary Recommendations
Price is no concern:
Extasis usually has the best selection and should be your priority unless you have privacy concerns because of their sketchy passport copying policy. If so, Dollhouse is a close alternative and you have 515 for backup. The only low-end chongos you might consider should be Cafe Rojo, Guajira, Cafe 155, Barbies, and Apple, in that order.
Save me the money:
For days, alternate between Cafe Rojo and Guajira, for evenings Cafe 155, Barbies and Apple. If you get bored or have extra time, check out Vibracion, Blush, Touch Me, and Swincito, in that order.
Allergic to dirt:
Apart from the high-end 515, Dollhouse, and Extasis, your best bets are Paisa, Cafe Rojo, and Guajira, but the last three still might not have clean rooms if they are busy.
I have very little money: or I'll put my dick in anything:
Touch Me and Swincito should have the largest selections at the lowest price ranges followed by Blush. You might also have luck at Resorte Medellin and Bolivar 148.
I'm here for a while:
Check them all out, unless you have security concerns. The places you may want to avoid for security reasons, my opinion only, are Touch Me, Kahlua, Club 154, and Karisma VIP.

Miscellaneous Info:
I was also asked about getting taxis from the clubs. It's usually not to difficult to find one outside, but if you can't, just go back to the club and have them call one for you. Dollhouse and Dolce Vita may possibly suggest you take their own unmarked and more expensive private taxis instead, but I'm sure if you're insistent, they'll call one for you.
The intersections near Juan Leon Mera, Calama, and Reina Victoria are well-lit, highly trafficked tourist areas, but nearby sections can be dark, more isolated, and more dangerous. I was mugged in a dark area on Juan Leon Mera between Calama and the Alston Inn, but I made a target of myself by focusing on eating my food while walking down a dark section of the street in the middle of the night. Don't ever let yourself feel that comfortable in this area and you should be fine, but if you're concerned, stay in one of the nicer, major hotels and stay off dark streets.
Taxis are inexpensive, but you can save even more money by walking to some places and riding the Trolebus. In my opinion, the walk from Mariscal down Veintimilla is a fairly safe walk. When you get to 10 de Augusto, you'll be right at the Santa Clara Trolebus station. From there, you can ride to the following stops for 25 cents until midnight on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.
From Santa Clara Southbound:
Mariscal: Swincito, El Swing, Bolivia 148, Blush
From Santa Clara Northbound:
Colon: Cheers, Dolce Vita (dark, sketchy walk at night)
Cuero y Caicedo: Resorte Medellin
Floron: Touch Me
La Carolina: Karisma VIP
Estadio: Kahlua, Extasis, 515

Fantastic Report and trip guide. Thank you!
I've never been to Equador, but now I want to go.
Have to love the "I have very little money: or I'll put my dick in anything" because I've been in both situations or both at the same time.
