Club 154 is one of three chongos located on Eloy Alfaro near El Inca. The 154 is related to the building number, I believe, but I wasn't able to confirm this. It's located near a gas station near a street called De Las Bugambillas. The chongo "Seduccion" is on the other side of the street and "Barbies" is further up the road on the other side of El Inca.

$2 cover included an oversized beer and got me into what looked like a druggie gangbanger house party. The clientele looked very rough and the ladies were mostly ugly, so I was surprised it came recommended by a couple cabbies. It's possible I was just there on a bad nice, but the run down decor, sleazy crowd, and open drug use I witnessed makes me doubt that.

I will visit this place again on my next trip if it's still open to see if it's any better, but with all the other options I would say it's better to pass on this chongo for now.
