If you're interested in going here, it isn't a bad idea to print a copy of the map from the websight and just give a copy of it to your cab driver. The first time I went to RioAntigo my cab driver had a tough time figuring out where it was from the address.

Found this place to very nice facilities, friendly support staff and a nice general atmosphere. The girls I met there were alittle more agressive and certainly more wild in the room than the other termas's that I had visited that week.

I thought Solarium was very clean but then Rio Antigo is pristine with garotas waiting for you at the locker.
You can go by bus taking the 571 for 1R. Otherwise print map as not easy to find for taxi drivers.
I thought selection was good, I was picked by Kate, 24 year old nympho. Blonde if you get lucky to meet her go for it as incredible time. We made use of every second, top kisser, top fuck, first female to ever get me hard again on 5 mn rest, was saved by the bell at 40 mn.

I'd like to add to Athos' comments that the quality of women at Rio Antigo seemed to be way up from previous visits. I'm not sure if this is just due to it being to the start of the high season or what. But if you're in the neighborhood soon, it is well worth the visit.

Rio Antigo in Gloria is located between Flamengo and Centro. By bus take the 571 which takes very similar route as other buses along the coast except it stops in Gloria by Sao Sebastiao cathedral. From Copa it takes about 30 min, by taxicab dozen min. When the 571 hits Gloria it will make a very long S turn, left turn followed by right turn. As it starts to turn right, you should see a big wall and plenty of trees, get ready to leave bus in two stops. You should see a fairly big Rio Antigo sign if you pass it by mistake on your left hand side.
By metro, the subway stop in Copa is called Cardeal Arcoverde much closer to Ave Princess Isabel than Help unfortunately for hombres staying at Debret or Rio Roiss.
The Gloria stop is called Gloria, take Rua Gloria for five blocks north, Rua Gloria becomes Rua Da Laga, make a right on Rua Joachim Silva.

This place is quite depressing...the nicest facility but wow what overweight or unattractive women ..I was quite pissed as I had to see before I left. I found a decent one but not too good service...I hate to end my trip with a bad one..DANG..they also gigged my for an hour and I never asked for it..oh well they all cant be on target..So I suggest staying away from this one for awhile...

To continue the March recap...This place really surprised me. Like Layne87 indicated, this place wasn't that great this time. In the past, it was always a dependable--can't miss-type--stop on the termas circuit. In March, it had less than half the women it usually did in the past. In the past there would be one 9 and one or two 8s but not this time. Still, when thinking about what awaits at home, 7s start looking awfully good, and I did enjoy myself there. Knowing a couple of women there who know how to take of you helps. Like Layne87, the worst one I had in March was also here, but it really wasn't that bad.

Rio Antigo has never seemed to have a very deep bench . Although on my visit in November, they had some excellent starters. I could see how losing 5-6 starters would cause this team to go 0-11.

They do have an excellent stadium though so I'm sure that I'll try to rebuild thru the draft.

Athos was a big Rio Antigo fan back in November so it will be interesting to see his comments after his upcoming May trip.

Like I mentioned in other thread, don't waste your time at Rio Antigo, selection in the 3 to 8 range, several dogs in there. I was depressed in there thinking about Kate. The strange thing, several garotas remembered me from 6 months back.

I know you had to see for yourself this place is dead.

If you have the hots for a particular girl who works in the termas, you definitely need to try to get her phone number because the odds are very good that you won't see her on your next visit. Turnover is very high in the termas so she probably won't be working in the same termas on your next visit.

A stop in any of the smaller termas (l'umos, MC, Rio Antigo, or Aeroporto) can be very different from visit to visit (with all the turn over). It is possible to find that 10 at any of the termas so a brief visit can't hurt anything; if you don't see anything to you liking then one can just move on to the next termas.

Since our tastes are very similar, I didn't have the highest of hopes upon entering. I found all the descriptions accurate, the facilities were very clean, but the lineup was a clear step down from the other termas I had visited. Most notably, this was the first terma I visited where the average body wasn't fit. A wild Panamanian ended up being my pick as the most attractive of the bunch. She ended up being a good, interesting choice. She was really into my ass, and was the second girl to offer me a rim job, and the first that I accepted. Actually, I didn't accept, she was just incredibly persistent on trying to tongue my ass so I finally let her because she was so turned on by it. I would guess that the it only takes one factor applies here and my trip had a more pleasant outcome. I was there about 9 PM. I dont like the evening crowds at some of the other termas so I tried RA.

When I was there, the eye candy level IMNSHO was equivalent to 4x4, although the numbers are considerably less. Again this is not exceptional by prior standards, but good enough to enjoy oneself. Some of the prior comments such as ``a bunch of skanks´´ did not apply. It is not Centauras, but it is a terma where I have had a lot of good experiences and the talent level seems to be improving compared to the last several months of posts.

I think it just goes to show how subjective every opinion is. I think we agree Solarium has the best talent now (I'm a believer after 2 more trips), but I would put Rio Antigo at the bottom of the list above Aeroporto which isn't saying much.

During this trip, which sadly concludes tomorrow, I have made 1 trip to every major terma except Solarium and Centaurus. My counts respectively on those two are 4 and 0. I plan on raising my Solarium count these last few days. I have never been to Centaurus and am put off by reports of higher prices for Americans, Pushy Broads, Ice Queens, and paying up front. I don't care how good the eye candy is.

One trip to RA this week hardly gives me a thorough read on the place, but I had a decent enough time. I had less pleasurable times at Lummo and Monte Carlo. Like you said, other than the obvious it is a very subjective evaluation that goes into rating a terma or just about anything else for that matter.

Just to be clear, I am not giving RA a ringing endorsement, but I felt that my overall experience didn't jive to recent reports.

If you go to Centaurus, I'd go today (Friday). Last Saturday there were lots of dogs and it may be the 1st shifts day off. Lots of stunners two days before that so I guess you never know.

They used to give big parties with lots of food and special events (dance, show, etc.). Last time I went there (after being remodeled) I found poor selection too, but There is only one truth about termas: you never knows what's about to happen next time you get there. 2 years ago 4x4 was as poor as Rio Antigo is now, and by your report I see the place have improved a lot. BTW, your excellent report is making me anxious. My next Rio trip will be during high season and I expect a lot from it. I had many others great pictures but I don't know where they are. I didn't know clubhombre until march'02.

Rio Antigo termas is back!! after a long absence of talent I`ve seen a fantastic selection there in a short Rio trip I`ve made this week. The average was 7 with many 8's and some 9's and 10's. I trully recommend that, perfect facilities and management. Prices (1 girl) from 180 to 220R$ Ask for Geovanna, a blond stunner.

HC1, I was not that lucky one, once I had only two hours to spend there before my flight to São Paulo. My first choice was Montecarlo (close to my Hotel) but once I was afraid about Rio downtown traffic I decided a termas as close as possible from Santos Dumont Domestic Airport.

Amilsom-I'll definately try it again when I go back. They have the best amenities by far of any terma. I like the big open boite-like a sportsbar. I'm just pissed I didn't stop by when I was there. In September selection was average so I didn't try last time.
