$70.000 ½ hour, $100.000/hour, $180.000/3 hours (3 hour service in-house or at your hotel). Kaliente is very expensive, but set up nicely. Kaliente is located down the street from Faroan. There were two other casas or houses on the same street, not worth checking out as there was nothing over a 6 at each of these house. I did want to check Kaliente because of another poster’s recs and their fairly good website. When I arrived at Kaliente, it appeared to be just a residence with no distinctive markings. The interior of Kaliente was a good set up with an interesting waiting area with sofas, candles and coffee tables. There were about 10-15 girls each time I went, at least 3 of them very desireable each time. Each girl comes out of a curtained off area and introduces herself so you can get a great look at their face and body as they walk towards you, the lighting was a bit too dark, however. I took out a stunner of a girl named Angelina, who is a 19 y.o. from Medellin. I also did her in house. Incredibly beautiful face with an equally great body. Great sex, but a bit quick with the CBJ. She spent two hours with me at my hotel for about 180K pesos. Kaliente, like any other places, will check you for weapons and cameras so you can’t take pictures if you do the girl in the rooms.

B.Player and I had an amazing night out of here. First, I confirm the inhouse prices, but note that we were charged $200.000 for 3 hours session at B's apartment. Girls told us clock ticks from time they leave - so be prepared with your things so not to have to stop at the store if you plan to have say champagne or beers - or if you wish to please the girl with whiskey, or whiskey and red bull(!) when she asks...

Sunday night we arranged for Nicole and Angelina for a mini-festa - unlimmitted switching during the three hours. B made the mistake of negotiating, and agreed to price before first asking about BBBJ - Angelina wouldn't do it (too late to force the issue once you agree on the price, but I'll bet if you make it a condition of being chosen - not explicitly but more implying that you'd choose someone else maybe - she'd do it)... Nicole did give me a very short BBBJ.

Funny, I hadn't gone back here and read about Kaliente, nor re-read GF's trip report since it's original post - but we ended up taking the two girls that a lot of us think are the hottest... and most guys have different taste than me or GF I think.

Contrary to Merlin's post, Angelina told me her and Nicole are from Armenia, and they knew eachother before living in Cali. The girls had just returned from a work run in Papayon, a town about 1 hour south (2 hrs?), where there is a Kaliente owned by the same guy. I think she said they have the same prices there (I talked with one of them about if she liked Cali better as I guessed it paid more and she said no it's the same - but she still likes Cali better for the party).

Angelina told me the girl keeps $140.000 of the $200.000, with $60.000 going to the bar.

They work like 2p-4a all days but Sunday, and obviously sleep all day Sunday - so independent sessions (avoiding barfine) or dates are about impossible.

The girls are total GFE, Angelina a more quiet type and Nicole a crazy party girl (in all ways).

I highly recommend either of these girls, if you want to pay higher end.

Angelina is a babe, but I really was also hoping for a BBBJ. Nevertheless, the sex was outstanding. I'm positive this girl told me she from Medellin, but I guess it really doesn't matter since I now must check out Armenia as well as Medellin.

Too bad it's not safe to do the entire strech between the two and hit all the towns - Armenia, Manizales, Pareira...

I met an American who's lived there for 10 years. He told me one of the guys he does business with is a major major big player in the high up in the national security force. He said that he drives (frist checks with his friend, but currently it's safe) all the way to the last pass between Manizales and Medellin during the day, and claims it's safe now. He said the dangerous part is that last pass right before Medellin (heading North).

He says visiting Lake Clima (or whatever it's called?) is safe.

I have no knowledge to offer.

My friend B.player, who has many well-to-do Bogota friends says they tell him there's FARC all around the outskirts of Cali, and that he'd be crazy (more like fuckin' stupid) to drive out of the city as a gringo.

I want to hit the other towns, but I don't know if it's safe, worth the risk given it's so small, or stupid.

FLmonger, all the info I got in Cali echoed the Bogota friends, i.e. anyplace outside of Cali is dangerous. I'm thinking those other small cities may be too small to really enjoy, and probably not easy to get to by plane. We'll have to see.

If you drive you are going to have no problems most of the time, but sooner or later something will happen.

Its not worth it at the moment, travel by air or wait a few years until the roads are probably going to be safer.

I went to Rio Ponze on my first trip - is that considered outside the city as in 'dangerous per this discussion'? Just trying to see if I did a stupid thing... (won't be the first time).

Sorry I don't know, although I have been living here for 2.5 years, never been to Cali, this will be my first trip, just fancy somewhere new for a couple of weeks.

Gator will know.

Apart from just to see a new place, the main reason to go there is to improve my salsa dancing, I will find a school and practice Salsa, I plan on doing 20 hours each week in the school.

I was in Cali last weekend. The numbers and quality of girls at Kaliente are quite low at this time compared to earlier reports. Additionally, if one calls ahead, the number of girls drops by 50% (usually from 4 to 2) upon arrival. They seem to be in a down period.

I was wanting to know if any one has been here is some time. There was a woman I liked alot and became a regular with a few times. Her name was valentina, she was from armenia. She was vlond and had some tatoos on her back and belly. I was wanting to know if she is still there for my return.

I was in the area having visited Mediteraneo Spa and Canelas Club earlier, so I stopped by Kaliente in the early evening on a Friday in February. It looked deserted from the outside but I rang the bell and they were open. Five ladies available, one named Isabel was cute, but I passed. The manager told me they were open 24/7 and the night shift was coming in at 9pm. I was tempted to return but had other places I wanted to visit. I walked out with my 4k Pepsi.
