I concur with what is stated above about Monte Carlo although I think the less (sexual gratification) for more (money than some of the other termas) attitude goes back some time. In my trip report last July I noted that the garotas at Monte Carlo seem to have more restrictions than at most other termas.

For the record, during my most recent trip (in April) one Monte Carlo garota did a CBJ and the other I had did not; not enough of a sample to really conclude much from, although a CBJ in Rio is certainly not the norm.

Another thing to note: Monte Carlo is probably the only place in Rio where if you mention anal sex, you might get looks from the garota like you're some kind of pervert. This is not to say it is unavailable there, but much less so than elsewhere. At least this is what I have found based on limited experiences there.

Monte Carlo is, in my opinion, the most touristy of all termas. An amiga of mine worked there for a few months - she's now back at 4x4 - and told me some interesting stories.

One, the tourist guys don't seem to understand the concept of paying for time. Luma told me that a good percentage of guys would bust a nut, then get ready to leave, regardless of how much time was left on the cabina. She said a result of this was that some of the garotas would then try to shorten sessions with other guys. I've heard of this at Centaurus and at 4x4 (to a much lesser extent than Centaurus) and I laughed and told her that I stay for the full time regardless of when I'm sexually finished. But, I can see the girls point - if they can get paid on a 40 minute session and it only takes 15 minutes, and the dipshit monger doesn't mind, then more power to them.

This is also the probable cause for the restricted services. Again, a newbie tourist probably wouldn't think twice about a covered BJ, sticking the garota in the ass, and all the other fun things us vets like to do. As a result, you get a half-assed terma with deer-in-the-headlight tourist guys, dipshits who almost know what they're doing, and overpriced, restrictive garotas who tend to rush sessions.

Having said all that, I hope that more newbie tourists and dipshit mongers frequent the place. Luomo is very borderline these days, with the type of clientel now frequenting the place. Centaurus for me has always been a lost cause, and Solarium has been mediocre on the talent front for quite some time. Maybe if Monte Carlo does an even better job of pulling in tourists and whatnot, Luomo will regain some of it's magic by reducing the number of dumbasses visiting there.

I do see alot of Brazilian guys in Monte Carlo or at least enough that we Americans are still the minority. I figured that they would at least keep the girls in line. Maybe the girls only take advantage of the "don't know any better tourists". I always set the terms before I session with a terma girl or freelancer. I just hate surprises especially if I'm paying. As for the Paulistas I have that same feeling about them as you Cat. The Paulistas that I have met at Help, hooker beach and TA; are more mercenary and have many restrictions eg covered BJ, no pictures, no third hole. Was in Monte Carlo last night at 8-30 and I was the only guy in the place. Maybe the price rise is having a bad effect. Also had an experience which pissed me off. Tough to take a stand and storm out when your halfway through some great sex so I went for another 40 minutes. Afterwards I didn't have enough money with me because I only took enough for one hour. I don't walk Rio's streets with any more money than I think I will need. So a security guy walked with me to my hotel for the rest. I think I am more pissed now than last night when I was thinking with the head on my dick instead of the one on my shoulders. I think I have made my last trip to Monte Carlo.

Of course, Solarium has the same pricing structure, and it was decent last week. But for the money, 4x4's 150R for an hour and free admission (if doing an uma hora antes 5PM) can't be beat, as termas go. Plus, 4x4 was very good last week. The number of women there was up and the quality was better than in the recent past as well. Muito bom.

It's too bad they jacked up the prices there. It was a great place for duplas since the second girl only cost an additional R100. I agree it was never a very good termas, but it was conveniently located, well priced, and I was usually able to find a good one (or two) from time to time.
