I was in Rio for the first time in February and a fellow CH member was kind enough to show me 4x4. It may be that I'm very impressionable as this is my first time; however, I would say that there were many girls I would consider in the 6s-9s. The quality is comparable to Centaurus as I've also been there on this trip. The cost to fuck ratio definitely tilts 4x4 in my favor. If I know how to post photos, I'll post one of the garotas from 4x4.

I was wondering,is it me or does this place different lockers for tourist and brasilians.Everytime Ive been there there is usually a foreigner(non brazilian) assigned that first small locker room with that older Black lady(she's great)and the Brazilians are in the next bigger locker room.I just wanted to be sure if it's something that anyone else noticed and if anybody might know the reason.

Other than the big dick Brazilian dick fest(don't get me wrong,its their turf so I'm not hating at all,just too crowded) after 5-6pm,this place is the best of the termas(IMHO).

I went to 4X4 a couple of times and if you take a girl before 5 they waive the entry fee. I've gotten there after 6 and they waive part of that too not sure how much but I think it was R$30. Does anyone know for sure.

I think they waive some of or all of the fee because a lot of the Brazilians that go there rarely session and looking to incentivise others for doing so.

no there is no brasilian and foreigners lockers, the girls at the counter assigns you the locker. The black lady is great and she remembers each monger and she checks robes pockets in case you forget tel number by mistake.

I can attest to the friendliness of the locker lady. I once forgot to put my shoes in the locker and she put it aside for me. I've also left a phone number in my robe and she found it for me also. I don't know what else I'll probably forget without her.

Her name is Sylvia. If you walk into her locker room and your key is for the other, she'll take your key to the front desk and get you a key for HER locker room.

The staff at 4x4 are generally pretty cool from what I can see.Even the asian girl behind the counter have been pretty cool these days.In the past she had been pretty rude to people.I do find her kinda cute though.lol.

Don't forget to tip her at least a misely 1 Real, it goes a long way. She deserves it, not the cashiers.

I'm certainly no expert on termas, but I seem to recall the front locker is a VIP lockerroom, for which you are charged an extra $10R. When I was charged the extra $10R, I tried to argue it to to no avail. The next time, I asked for the regular lockers and they gave me the VIP lockerroom anyways w/out charging me.

And Tia is one very sweet lady. Can you imagine what her job must be like? Looking at our pasty white asses all day long is a tough gig. I always give her $3R

If they are now charging an extra R$10 for the "VIP lockers" then these would have to be assigned to the gringos. No Brasileiro would put up with that shit. My information is out of date, but when I frequented quatro, about a year ago, there was no such fee.

By the way, does the fact the Asian girl at the counter is acting "cool" these days mean she no longer harasses us for tips? That would certainly be a breakthrough.

Laguy. I have only been to 4X4 once (last month), but was not asked by anyone to give a tip. I did tip the locker room lady though as she was really nice.

I also always tipped the locker lady, who was very helpful. The Asian counter girl though used to always ask every gringo for a tip when she gave them the bill. After awhile some of her co-cashiers also did the same, apparently following her lead. I typically would say something like "When I hear you ask some of the Brasileiros for tips, then I might consider it," or, "Why should I tip you for taking my money?" The whole thing was rather annoying; other than that though, I always enjoyed Quatro.

Speaking of taking a Deeg, did you ever try that little shitter down at the end of the hallway at 4x4? There's hardly enough room to turn around and get your robe off in there.

Personally I prefer more room to spread out and get comfy when I takes a Deeg.

Theoretically all gringos get VIP admission, which allows you into the back bar. This is supposed to add R$10 to the admission, but I've never been charged it. I generally session before 5:00 so the entry is waived anyway, but the extra R$10 was what I was told two years ago. You'll notice on your chave that there is a little "VIP" emblem on it.

I'm pretty sure there's not extra R$10 fee add on to the locker. I've never seen it on my bills as I've always check it before I pay to make sure nothing extra is added. Every key I received has VIP on it.

Laguy. If you follow a seemingly endless walk through the back, and then up a circular stair, there is another bar there. It is fairly good sized, comparatively quiet and has full service bar in it. Also has another set of bathrooms. I believe that the stairs continued up another flight (not sure). There could be another area up one more flight. Priew, Hemp any of you guys remember if there is a third floor?

I remember when I first went to 4x4 3yrs ago,My buddy telling me when he went in with a Brazilian dude he paid a lesser price.I didn't pay too much attention since I was still new to the terma scene.Ive been going to 4x4 more the past year and I started noticing the different locker assignment and the vip emblem on the key.I'm almost positive about the different locker, I just wanted to confirm my suspicions.I never noticed the $10r on my bill, unless it's hidden somewhere in entrance fee or something.No matter what the case is 4x4 is still the best bargain compared to the other major termas, too bad they close on weekends.

The Asian chick has not asked for a tip as of lately,but then again I ve been leaving when the counter was pretty busy.She was very cool and helpful one time when I lost my cellphone one time.She even let me leave and come back later without charging another entrance fee.

There is a third floor.I checked it out and it's just another way to the cabines.

The extra R$10 is not only for the front lockers with Sylvia, it is for access to the VIP bar upstairs. Nice and quiet, girls stroll through, well lit and good place to have a chat with other hombres away from the blaring music of the main Boite.

The VIP bar upstairs has strip shows also.

When they first refurbed the upstairs bar, there was a $R10 charge added on for entrance privilege. The surcharge didn't last long, VIP is now just included. As far how lockers get assign, best as I can tell it is based pretty much on when you get there; the front lockers go first.

Sorry to get back on the topic of 4x4, but I just ran into Anita's long-lost Guatemalan clone at Club Paridiso in Guatemala City.
