Not recommended, not worth the effort for the quality. Cafes with Legs is the actual translation for these "Cafe con Piernas". Basically they are just cafes where waitresses serve you drinks in skimpy outfits and often spend some time chatting. I found considerable discussion of these but my personal experience after visiting many was that I only spotted two women I was interested in and they weren't available. Most of the waitresses were of low to average quality and were still usually outnumbered by men. The cafes are not for prostitution, so you'll need to arrange a date outside of the cafe if you find a willing participant.
