Heard about a strip club called Emmanuelle. Supposed to be packed with hot women. Not my thing and I'm sure all alike. Decided to check it out. It's a typical strip club. Set up to milk you for every penny they can get. Entrance fee was 50 soles $14 American. Use the bathroom an attendant turns on the water, hands you a paper towel and of course makes sure you notice his tip tray. 25 to 35 women roaming around. 98% were young and hot!! Approached by several women, chatted, took some work but didn't get trapped into setting down. Floor show was very upscale, choreographed very well. Even had some non working gals performing. I was impressed, very nice place. Finally I was trapped by Beatrice. Actually allowed myself to get trapped. She spoke very little English. Sat chatted, 5 minutes and a waiter approached us. Beatrice saw him coming, too early no drink thank you. 5 minutes more pass, same thing. Her English seemed to be getting better. 10 minutes later she asked me to buy her a drink. Of course ordered a high dollar drink. Sweet girl. Interested in learning more about the states. Her English was getting real good. Waiter kept hounding us for more drinks. Eventually she asked for a Cusequna. (sp) local beer, it was a lot cheaper. I like this gal. We discussed leaving. $60 American. She informed me about the exit fee. Told me they will ask for 120 soles, $35 American. Don't pay. My bar tab was around $40 4 beers and one high dollar drink. Even if I threatened to leave don't pay. Not sure if it was here way of getting out of leaving with me or what her motive was. There was very few people here so they would settle for as little as $10 to $15. They wouldn't budge from the $35 exit fee. Went back to tell her goodbye and thank her for her company. She immediately jumped up and headed towards the bar. She eventually motioned me over and said they would settle for $15. I hesitated and offered $10. They refused so I settled. Really liked this gal. Taxi was waiting out front. Off to my hotel.

Taxi. A taxi parked in front of any club, especially in Lima and Guadalajara, will charge extra. How much extra will depend. As you come out of Emmanuelle, turn right and go to the end of the block and there is a major road with heavy traffic where there should be some empty taxis driving by. I do not know how many empty taxis will be passing by after midnight.

EMMANUELLE. Just turn left as you leave the building that houses Peppers/Two Stars/Platters and walk four blocks east and on the other side of the street is Emmanuelle with a doorman on the sidewalk in front. The club had re-decorated and now looked like one of the better clubs in Lima. Two years ago, the stage looked like slap-together 4x8 plywood on wooden horses and customers sat on folding chairs in a dilapidated room, with entry through the front doors. This time, I turned left before entering the front door where a doorman collected the price of admission. Walked down a short corridor of about 20 feet and entered through a door on the right. So, the club might be in a different room.

Inside were about 20 girls and 12 customers. Several friendly girls talked to me at the bar. Not really interested because the girls were not of the top quality I remembered of two years ago when I sawed one girl in her late 20s with a perfect body and a cute, tall girl with a sparkling personality. Without such a high image in mind, I could have easily selected one of the girls here. Of special interest was the entertainment. Between strip dancers, there was a dance act. The male and female were professional dancers. I saw them do three different dance acts. One act was doctor and nurse, another act was motorcyclist and moll. Interesting dance numbers. Unlike two years ago, the doorman did not hassle me for a tip when I left.

On a recent trip to Lima, Peru, I tried Suites de Barranco and Emmanuelle. Suites de Barranco has no sign on the street, and the taxista had trouble finding it, so you’ll need the exact address (Av. República de Panamá 250 in Barranco). Unfortunately I arrived too early (6 pm) and no girls were in the club. The staff encouraged me to stay (English spoken here), explained the prices for exit fee, time with a girl, and rooms (just steps away from the bar), and assured me the girls were there, but I concluded it was just too early and left.

At 9 pm I went to Emmanuelle. This was still a bit on the early side, as only a few other customers were there, but about 10 scantily clad girls were in the club. There was a small entrance fee that bought me the first drink. Unfortunately when the clerk explained the exit-with-a-girl fee, I misunderstood it as an entrance fee and paid it then (my Spanish is good but not perfect).

Looks of the girls spanned the range from about 5 to 9. The first to come to my table was very friendly but not as attractive as some of the others, and I asked her to introduce me to a petite, busty, very attractive brunette (Katia). I bought Katia a drink and found her to be very friendly and flirtaceous. I asked if she would leave with me and she agreed, for $100 for 2 hours. I then had to pay the exit fee again, as I could not prove I had already paid it. The doorman got us a taxi (for a tip) and Katia gave the address of a hotel that was perhaps a mile away. The lobby was empty except for the clerk; Katia explained what we wanted and I paid about $30 for a very nice room. We also ordered drinks, which were brought to our room promptly. The room had a circular bed and lots of mirrors, and a clean bathroom.

Katia was a lot of fun in bed, and we chatted a lot in between our 2 “cups of coffee.” She agreed to come to my own hotel the next afternoon for $100. The clerk got us a taxi back to Emmanuelle where I bid goodnight to Katia.

The next day I called her and we arranged a time to meet in the lobby of my hotel. Of course she was not dressed as sexy as the night before, but I was very happy to see her. We had a great hour there; unfortunately I had to leave Lima that night. I would highly recommend Emmanuelle.

Entrance and drink: U.S. $5
Exit with girl: $25
2 hour session: $100

Pros: Hassle-free. At least 1 excellent girl
Cons: many girls not that attractive

Quite late in the evening (Carmen?)agreed to spend the rest of the night (3hrs $120 plus $40 door fee), OK experience not particularly enthusiastic. Reasonable security and transportation. Would try again

I visited Lima the first weekend in February. Went to Club Emmanuelle by taxi. The entrance fee is up to 80 soles otherwise the club is the same as eastcoastdude report. It was late on Friday so I left with the first chica that came up to me. She wasn't that attractive to me but her English was ok and she had a sweet personality. I later found out that she was Colombian and she was very enthusiastic in bed which made up for her looks.(I will post photos later once I learn how.)

OK, we say (calling their bluff), we will go elsewhere. After a long discussion, they say they will let us in for $9 each, and we get one free drink. Done.

We enter. Immediately in front is a stage. To the right at a few tables, to the left is the bar, and if you keep going around the stage, more tables, benches and booths.

Pappy and I are accosted almost immediately. His girl seemed nice enough, and Pappy was happy to talk and buy her two $10 drinks, so she hung with him.

NOTE TO REMEMBER: We're in South America, people!!! $15 cover, $10 chica drinks. Something is rotten in Denmark.

Ted and I went last night. The girls were really pretty, as has been said in previous posts. We paid 50 sols to get in including a whiskey for me and a beer for Ted. There were about 40 girls on a Tuesday night, great by any standard. Talking to the girls, there are close to 80 on the weekends. The club is classy, and the seating is comfortable. After a while we picked 2 girls, sat down and talked. Ted was really lucky, his girl spoke good english. I speak fluent Spanish so it was not a problem for me. We paid 70 sols for the barfine, plus $100 for each girl (non-negotiable). Needles to say, the girls were good, and stayed for the full 2 hours as promised. No jumping out of bed and out the door as soon as we had finished. Lots of cuddles afterwards, makes all the difference.
I can highly recommend this club, and I will certainly be going back again. It may become my favourite, as the music and the ambiance is the best of the 3 clubs I have visted so far, and it is only 2 mins by taxi from the hotel.
I also asked for free passes, and they gave me 5 when we left. It is their 15th anniversary on 29th April, it should be a great night, and the passes are valid for that. Me and Ted need 1 each, if anyone out there wants the other 3, get in touch. We can meet up and spend the night whoring together.

Emmanuelle - Ave. Rivera Navarrete 465, across the street from Hotel Gardens: Nightclub pricing, but the average level of quanitity and quality of talent prompted me to put Emmanuelle at the top of my recommendation list. Emmanuelle has one of the better nightclub layouts with comfortable couches arranged on three sides of a large stage. The size and layout of the place is good for browsing the different ladies before buying. Some of the hottest talent I saw coming out of Emmanuelle, the ladies were also friendly and moderately aggressive without being high pressure. Total costs should run $50-$70 USD plus $100 USD or whatever you can negotiate with the lady. Several other nightclubs are also close by.

Okay! This place has made my trip! Two Hornz Way Up!. Emanuel Club is more what I am used to and has 85% women in the 8-9.5 category. I saw three flawless perfect 10's my first night in this club.Yes, IMO and that designation I have only made a few times in 7 years!!! Sounds like the same Sabrina I've had the pleasure of spending some time with. The one I know used to work at Eclipse, but was working Emmanuelle during my more recent Lima visit.

It's a pleasure to read that you're enjoying the high-end clubs. Emmanuelle is my top recommendation, but since you like it so much I think you should try the following in order.

Club 69 - They have onsite rooms that may be a little less expensive, but takeout for the best overall value. Some prefer 69 over Emmanuelle.

Suites de Barranco - Originally the premiere club in Lima. Still targeting the highest end customers. Prices may be a little higher and they will push you on renting one of their expensive suites instead of takeout. Pay more attention to total cost and time included if you find a lady you like. A phone number and next day date might be best.

Moonlight - Good selection IMHO and they also have a number of Colombian ladies here.

If you still have time after that, these might be good

Platinum - Smaller selection, but I've had good luck finding beauties here.

Scarlet - 40 minute/$10 cab fare each way, but onsite prices of less than $30. Good club for multiple sessions. Selection somewhere between Cucardas and high-end clubs with lots of ladies on weekends.

Cecilia was fun to be around and energetic in bed. I had a good time, and was willing to look past the fact that she was probably 27 or 28 years old.

Salida: 130 Soles when you just walk in and ask.
Salida: 100 Soles after buying a girl a 41 Sol drink. Total cost for girl and drink: 141 Soles.

The doorman tried to give me a card for a free entrance if I gave him a tip. I gave the card back, because I just hate it when people ASK me for tips.

For you Rio vets, Emmanuells is Lima's version of Barbarellas, pricing quality of girls,etc.
Always excellent talent there, but at a cost. Another club very similar in venue and talent is Club 69, also on a par with Barbarellas. Lots of great looking Columbians here.

"List price" at Emmanuelle is now US$120. It was inevitable, what with the drop in the dollar.

There's little room for negotiation, but on a recent visit, I told the girl that I pay $100: no more; no less. She whined just a bit, but accepted my offer.

Strangely, the price at Club 69 is still $100. Last Saturday night, one of the girls there was ecstatic to leave with my 300 Soles. It's the same management and ownership, so the price discrepancy is odd. The only thing that I can think of is that Emmanuelle has a larger gringo trade than 69.

The price at 69 seems to be $120 now as well. But as RT said, it's usually up for negotiation at any club. A month ago, I spent the entire night hanging out at Emmanuelle and noted that most of the girls working didn't get a customer to take them out. So for the girls, it's better to negotiate, rather than not make any money at all.

For non-spanish speakers, the more expensive the club, the more likely you'll find a girl who can speak some english. Most of the times I've been to 69 and Emmanuelle, I found at least one girl who spoke conversational english. There is basically zero chance of finding an english speaking girl in Scarlet or Las Cucardas.

Oh, one more thought. When considering the prices, you have to also remember that clubs like Emmanuelle have rather high prices for entry, drinks and exit. It can add up really quickly and you're looking at $200+ for a girl from one of these high end clubs. This is a vast difference from the far cheaper places that don't have any gringo customers (i.e. Scarlet, Las Cucardas, etc.)

Overall Club 69 has much nicer facilities and a better selection of girls. Prices are the same, but the difference in the surroundings is no comparison. Scarlet's is also heads above Las Cucardas, not really fair to compare the two, like comparing K-mart to Macys. Both serve their purpose, and I enjoy both, actually Las Cucardas more!
The point is there are several different venues, and on any given day/night they are all available for whatever your needs or wants are at the time.

I went to Emanuelle's on 26 November, 2008. We paid 160 Soles to enter for my buddy and I with two drinks included. The exit fee for the girl is 225 Soles. The hotel we went to was 50 Soles. Her fee was 120 Dollars for 2 hours. The grand total was about 265 dollars. You can get girls to give you their personal number and get out of paying that crazy exit fee the club charges. If you buy an additional drink their charging about 20 dollars. That is insane. Clubs in the U.S. only charge about 8 bucks for a beer. Do not get me wrong the girl I got was awsome. When I go back I am not going back there. Just because they have a large American clientel, they think we have money presses in our homes. When I go again, I am going to another place that you guys recommend. Emanuelle's was great but expensive. I don't mind paying the girls fee but, the club kind of over does it.

RT here. I re-visited Emmanuelle a couple of Thursdays ago, an hour or so after midnight.

I will give them this... the place was packed with beautiful women. I may have seen other girls just as pretty elsewhere, bit the sheer concentration of 8s-10s was overwhelming.

What also overwhelms, sadly, is the hustle. From the second we walked in and a mozo glommed himself onto us and would not leave us alone (I finally insisted on another waiter), to the girls that would approach us, two at a time and not take a polite, "no, I am just looking" for an answer, all the way to the guy at the front door (the one that checks your camera and cell phone) saying, "pssst" to me and showing me a note that says, "TIPS", it felt like there was a hand in my pocket at all times.

They must be doing something right, because it was filled with customers and guys were leaving with girls, but give me Club 69, with a third of the girls -- and on the average, 90% as good looking -- any time.

But man, there were some hot numbers there that night!

I've danced around this for a while, but I will just come out and say it: I can't stand this fucking place.

Part of it is my fault. I always think, "this time, it will be different." I should know better. I went there tonight; here are the high (low??) lights:

1. The entrance fee is now 100 Soles. I get in for free, but come on... 100 Soles???
2. After I took a leak in the bathroom, I was washing my hands. The attendant pushed me out of the way so he could hand me a paper towel from the machine, and then pointed to the tip tray TWICE.
3. I walked in and just wanted to take a look around. The waiters would not leave me alone, almost pushing me to a table.
4. There had to be 50 girls in there, and only around 20 guys. This made the girls hungry and aggressive. Look, I'm in a whorehouse; I know that there are girls standing around. Attacking me won't help. To be fair, a few of them just caught my eye and smiled, and two made an actual effort at conversation. And, of the 50 girls, at least 40 of them were top-notch.

I left right away, really glad that I didn't fork over 100 Soles for the privilege.

I understand that some people will find item #4 a plus, and Emma has lots of fans, and it is much more accessible than Club 69. But I see no reason (for me) to return there.

I was walking home from Santa Catalina yesterday, and I passed by what USED to be Emmanuelle.

It was closed, and apparently raided by the police last month.

It doesn't look like it is re-opening again any time soon, but the guys in the Spanish forum on PeruTops and this link (http://www.americatv.com.pe/noticias/actualidad/clausuraron-discoteca-emmanuele-n179069) says that they are closed for 30 days, and have to pay a 3850 Sol fine.
