Medellin was only one of two places I found open on Sunday in the Central district, the other being Las Diosas on La Nina. However, I visited Medellin around 8pm only to be told they closed a short time earlier. Las Diosas was also closed earlier than the regular hours, but I don't know what time.

There were only four ladies available when I visited with a fifth I saw that was taken. I was instructed to sit as the ladies came out to present themselves one at a time. Three of them were unimpressive, but the fourth was a tall beauty with a pretty face and the occupied one had a nice body. Naturally, I chose the tall beauty. The price was an unusually uneven $16.

The session started off with a fair massage, but otherwise was somewhat uninspiring and the time seemed a little shorter than average. I didn't keep track, but I think it may only have been 20 minutes and there was another couple already waiting for the room when we left. Then again, it may have just seemed short because of the massage.

I probably won't return to this place unless it's a Sunday and I'm unsuccessful in arranging a date beforehand. On the otherhand, Paradise W across the street and a few houses down is a place I'd like to visit again.

They now call themselves Paisa, but that's basically just what it says on the business card. Taxi drivers are more likely to still know it as Medellin if even that. Your best bet is to ask to be taken to the chongo on this street in La Gasca.

The ladies here tend to be a little older and a little heavier, but not fat. If late 20's or 30's doesn't bother you, I think they usually have a decent selection.
