I was here a few months ago. You have to walk down a short hallway where the address should be and enter the building directly in front of you to get here. You'll hear the music from inside once you get near the door. They keep it closed so you'll have to buzz to get in. The first visit was a bust with a poor selection, but the follow-up visit worked out. My date was slightly overweight but very pretty. I had a good time here with her. Cover was $3 but was collected inside. There wasn't an armed security guard.
