Swincito is on Bolivia just off of 10 de Augusto. It's very close to the Mariscal stop of the Trolebus.
I made a fair amount of visits to Swincito on my most recent trip. Unlike past trips, the quality of the ladies was higher than Touch Me. Cafe Rojo still has the best daytime selection, but is in the higher price range.
Swincito is and always has been a dark, hot, and crowded dump. Most of the ladies are 5's or less, but the few attractive ones at the low price makes this place worth a visit if you can handle dirty, cheap brothels.
They continuously project porn movies on a large screen near the front. Occasionally they have a dancer perform, but they are usually not very attractive nor good dancers.
Cover was $3 which included a drink and sessions were $10 per 15 minute interval. I had 30 minute sessions with Paola, Natalie, and Danna. There were a couple of others I was interested in, but they didn't appear friendly enough.
