I checked out Rio this weekend. It is a nice club inside. It approaches LB and Placer's in decor.

I am also told it is owned by the son of the person that owns Lipstick and Cherry's.

Table dances are $7.00. Privates are $20.00.

I didn't stay long. I got a couple of table dances and then left. Didn't check out the privates. The one thing I dislike greatly is how the dancers are hidden. Unless you sit right by the stage, you cannot see the girls.

Finally made it to Rio's. This is a nice bar. The girls are easily a cut above lipsticks and cherries. The night I was there,(Wed) they had about 8-9 girls, and only 7-8 customers the whole time I was there( from (about 6-7:00pm)

Finally had a chance to check out Rio's Friday night. It's a really nice looking club that if I can give it an only criticism, is how all these clubs play the music so FREAKING loud it gets to be an annoyance, but, hey, it's what they do.

The day I was there, one of the chicas (who spoke reasonable english, I might add) said that the rains had kept many customers away. I was the only person that day who had asked for a VIP. and the club had been open for about 6 hours by then.

Maybe I did get lucky , but I think that if many of the girls think they are going to make bucks without the "extras", they will be dissapointed. I was there last week. The bar is said to be open as early as 1:00pm, but I've never been there earlier than 3:00pm and even then the selection was weak.
About a month ago I was there during the afternoon an it was pretty good with some 7's and 8's all offering FS for about the same as the other clubs.
Placers and Lord Blacks all claim to open early (before 5pm) but I've yet to see this consistently. Now that the holiday season is over and the chicas return things may get better in the afternoons.

Freon air conditioning. You have to use your room key to turn on the air conditioner so it can only be used when you are in the room. Great unit and takes very little time to cool the room. You have to leave them an ID at the front desk and you get it back when you check out. Has cable TV but no remote.
