I am in Berlin on business and yesterday I had the chance to visit Artemis (CH Link) which is the only FKK in Berlin. I'll try to point out the similarities between an FKK and a terma.

When we entered Artemis, they were having problems with their credit card machine, and you had to pay your entry before you enter. Overall, this is a big difference from the termas of Rio de Janeiro, because in all cases (except for Centaurus for non frequent customers) you pay on exit. In fact, the FKK takes it one step further because all the drinks are paid with tokens that you purchase at the front desk. The tokens are €10 for a beer or other drink. Entry is €80. So first off, Berlin is a lot more expensive than Rio. Compare that with Centaurus where entry is R$120 and beers are about R$5.

Since their credit card machine was not working, I had to get money to pay for all of this from their on premise ATM. The problem is that I have 4 ATM cards, and only one worked and it had a limit of $500. Of course no Rio terma has an ATM on premise and I am not sure this is an innovation of the sex trade industry.

Just like in Rio, after you pay the entry, you get a key. The key is used for two purposes. It opens up a small safety box and a locker. You put your wallet or money in the safety box, and your clothes in the locker. And just like in Rio, you put on a robe.

As you leave the locker room, you enter the bar area, and the first you notice is how smokey it is. Unlike Rio, it is still legal to smoke in the bars. I naively searched for the non smoking area but it did not exist. One huge difference from Rio is that the women are totally naked. They wear perhaps some stockings, high heels, and for some reason they all have a towel. Being a tit man, this is a major plus because you can definitely see everything. Believe it or not, there was lots and lots of silicone. I would say roughly 50% were silicone which is a higher percentage than Rio.

Another plus at Artemis is that the entry includes a buffet and it was not bad. I had beef stroganoff and rice and it was more than satisfactory.

The entire vibe is quite different than Rio. The women come up to you and talk for one minute and say let's go. The girls are not allowed to drink alcohol with the customers. And there is no doubt that the girls are less friendly in general.

I would say that the quality was quite good. There were lots of girls of all ages and surprising to me, most of them were from Germany. I remember talking to women from Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cuba, Spain, and unbelievable as it sounds one from Rio de Janeiro. It was still kind of cool to see so many women walking around totally naked and available for sex.

The rooms are nice and more spacious than you would find in most of the termas but smaller than Centaurus.

But here's the key difference. When we entered, the woman explained that it costs €60 for a girl for 30 minutes and that includes a covered blow job and vaginal sex and everything else is extra to be negotiated between you and the girl. Uncovered BJ's and anal are not that important to me, but DFK is, and I negotiated an additional €60 just for DFK. The problem is that when we got to the room, it wasn't really DFK. Basically it sucked. So I told her I wanted to leave and cut my losses. So here is a difference, you pay the girl after the session which in my case lasted less than 5 minutes. I told her that I didn't want to pay her and she said I had to pay for the room €60. I told her no, but when we got back down I decided to give her €40. In retrospect, I think I could have stiffed her and it would all have been fine. I think the girls are like free lancers and she would have had no recourse.

So I figure the Brazilian girl would do DFK and she did but it was not the same as Rio but good enough for me to get off and go back downstairs. My friend has also experienced Rio before and we traded notes and he was disappointed by his choice due to performance and attitude.

So in final. I think that Brazilian men have established a certain standard in Rio for GDP's which include anal, DFK, and uncovered BJ. In Germany, they allow the girls to charge extra for these things, and overall this lowers the standards for all GDPs and their performance in bed and also their attitude.

If all you want is to have a covered BJ and sex with a good looking woman, I think that Artemis will work well although a little expensive even by Rio standards, but if you want more in bed than that, it will fall short by the standards set in Rio.

I've never been to Artemis, but it differs from any FKK I've been to, most of which are in and around Frankfurt. BBBJ is the norm in every FKK I've been to. Sex with a condom is 50 Euros. A BBBJ with CIM is 100 Euros and anal is 150. Every girl there will do any of the above.

All these prices are standardized and will be explained by the cashier who when you ask if she speaks English will run you through a quick tour of the facility and quote you the prices. If she doesn't, ask, so that all the girls can see you getting the tour and they know that you know what everything should cost.

This is the strong point of FKKs, no bullshit, just sex and relaxation all day or night. They're basically Disney worlds for sex

Surprised to read that BJs are covered in Berlin. I was there in FRA this April. I can confirm Bigpoppa regarding the Frankfurt FKKs and things are price structured. So no surprises. BJs are uncovered. There's a reason obviously for that; you're more likely to splash in her boquinha uncovered and that yields an additional 50euros for her.

Regarding the Brasileira, once you take the brasileira out of brasil, you take the brasil safada(ness)sic out of her too. My experience is they are just not as safada as we are used to when we hook up with them in Brasil.

Any specific Frankfurt FKKs that you recommend?

Elgran, Jumping in. Palace and Oase. Forget Manhattan. Oase, definitely in the summer, awesome outdoor but still private atmosphere. Palace, the best indoor facilities I've seen for our pastime.

The thing I found that I missed about Termas while in the FKKs is that the girls really don't generally hang out with you in the bar area. The FKKs are really pretty business-like. The Joy of Sex becomes the Job of Sex. Not that the sex was bad, but it generally had a clinical feel to it. In the termas the girls will hang with you for a long time before and after you fuck them, provided you're buying drinks, of course. In the FKKs the girls usually asked within 3 minutes if you wanted to fuck, and move on if you express any indecision. Once you were done they were off to seek the next customer. That also happens in the termas, but if it's a slow evening, a termas girl will cuddle with you for hours, and that's something that I never saw happening at an FKK.

It's all good, though, and whatever the price, it beats fucking gringas or going to TJ.
