Left the hotel after 10 to CJ's (CH Link) at "The Mulia Hotel".
My outbound taxi cost 27K, the return 60K (minimum night fare).
The cover was 200K but that incl. 1 drink, which meant that essentially there was No Cover.
My next 5 JWR's were all 200K with a SC already built-in.
The place was quite full.
More than half males, and of those half again were "bule".
Some real old dudes hangin' out this particular night.
Chatted with over half-a-dozen babes.
Most would have gone for 1.5 MM. The superstars wanted 2.5 MM.
And trust me there were a few stunners.
Those wanted me to buy them a drink right away. I'm always suspicious of that action plan, and refused.
Got hit on by a bunch of GND types. Some of them must have just rolled in from the countryside. They showed little class and did NOT dress-to-impress.
My problem was that ALL of the hotties I chatted up smoked.
Yes, smoking is still big in Jakarta - and I mean smoking inside.
I have a bit of a problem with that.
More girls came in later.
But by this time, Ivan (a dude from Istanbul) and I were getting a bit loaded.
Danced with a few anyway.

When I finally got back to my hotel, my right knee was killing me for standing around for 4 hours - and dancing to boot!
The band had been both good and crap depending on what they played. A real crazy mix of tunes.
