Now...after getting my stuff, we take the elevator to the top floor. After we got out of the elevator...the bell boy points to the stairways. I look at him with a puzzled look. "No elevator to Penthouse suite". Great....now I have to walk up stairs....I thought Penthouse suites suppose to have all the perks. Despite the one flight of stairs, this place was awesome! I started to feel skeptical but figured I had nothing to lose...if the place didn't look right, I already told him that I would have him bring me right back to the hotel. I knew he was going to get a commission....but what the hell, I wanted to do something that nite.
After riding about 15 minutes or so, we arrive at a few warehouse builings. It didn't look too scary....as the area looked pretty nice. I didn't see any people though at the front door of the place. I asked the cab driver was it open....he replied by stating....."Yes.....we pay police but we have to be.....quiet...you know.....don't worry....you like". He parks the car and walks me to the door and rings a bell. A big tall mafai looking guy comes to the door and then opens it all the way. I follow him thru a long hallway and once we turned, I could see big glass doors and start to hear music.
As we walk in, we are greeted by another guy that appears to speak good english. He sits me down at table and asks if I wanted a drink.....I opt for a barcardi/coke and offered the cab driver a drink. He sits down next to me and tries to explain the set up. He indicated that they pay the police to stay open late and all the girls that leave the go go bars, come here for extra money. Now....here comes the catch! After you find a girl you like, you have to pay 2500 baht to bar, which includes the bar fine and two drinks & two lady drinks. I figured....well, that's not too bad....I was paying almost the same at Super Baby in Pattaya. And I already knew Bangkok was going to be a little more expensive.
There was about 20 to 25 tables and about 15 girls were all hanging out in a corner. Almost like a fish bowl, but the girls were sitting on couches. The range was pretty wide....from 5 to 8's....maybe a couple of stunners. What was interesting though....the place appeared to start filling up and more girls were arriving every few minutes.

I was really amazed about all the buildings the the King of Thailand resides in.....it appeared he supplied all of his family members with their own living quarters. The streets were very impressive....with statues all along the way and ton of pictures of him, of course.

I was originally planning on returning to Pattaya.....but since my brother was seriously considering about going to Pattaya with me, I decided to wait until next month and return with him. I returned back to Pattaya....November of 2004. Stay tuned.
