Surquillo is not generally known as a place to visit among the general tourist community, but for the P4P hobbyist this district offers two significant venues. Club 69 is one of the more popular nightclubs and the Hotel Los Andes Spa offers 24 hour service. Besides visiting these two places, you'll likely want to aviod this area in general. I felt no discomfort walking around, but was warned by my taxi driver that wandering off the main strip of Angamos Este can put you in a very dangerous drug/crime area.
Club 69 - Jean Paul Satre 190, also known as Calle Uno off the 1900 block of Angamos Este: A simple, signless garage door on a mostly barren street is the front for one of the nicer nightclubs in Lima. Club 69 has developed a good reputation among hobbyists for quality and selection, but like most nightclubs, with corresponding costs. Total costs should run $50-$70 USD plus $100 USD or whatever you can negotiate with the lady. Although the talent here is better than most, the actual club layout is not the best. Strip shows take place on a high, narrow stage above the bar. Seating is mainly along a single wall facing the bar and stage. The best place to sit is probably far back along the wall, but this seems to be more of an area for the ladies. If you sit where most customers sit, most of the ladies will be BEHIND you and you'll have to turn around to look at them. Some will wander down to the same level or to the floor where the bar is to get in your line of sight. A short-time room is supposedly available here, but not-recommended from what I've read and heard.

Hotel Los Andes Spa - Angamos Oeste 833, a couple blocks east of Paseo de la Republica: The budget Hotel Los Andes houses the only 24 hour P4P option I'm aware of in Lima. Simply walk in and take the elevator to the right to the eighth floor. Your 20 soles cover covers unlimited use of the sauna, but you're more likely there for the massage. When you're ready you can make a request at the reception desk to see the masajistas. You'll be led to a small room where up to six or so ladies will enter. Choose the best looking one and you'll be all set. Prices for the additional services are negotiable but should be reasonable. Unlike most places where massage is offered, you can opt to take your act to one of the hotel rooms with a bed.
