Let me start this simply by stating I do not have the writing skills like Jaguar or the photo expertise like Moondog; but I will try....

My wife spent the Winter in Brasil and I bounced back and forth; I knew that ever time CO1888 touched down in Detroit, I would be leaving within 10 days to the warmth.

As the old saying goes: “When in Rome, do as the Roman do”; therefore, when in Rio do as the Brasilians’ do.

Some people have asked why do we have to wear robes in the Termas?

Answer: The Brasilian business man is able to stop by a Terma; change out of their suit and put on a robe. This allows him to spend time with their favorita, shower and go home to the family clean and without the smell of perfume on their clothes.

The reason I bring up the justification of the Robe is it is a lifesaver……I managed to leave my family in the apartment on several occasions and visit the Terma….All Brasilian women have a great nose…..they always are smelling our collars, our underpants etc. looking for the scent of other women. By playing in a Terma allowed me the safety of passing the sniff test.

Every time I returned to Brasil, I would tell my wife I was coming in a day after I truly arrived. This allowed a little time to relax and have some side fun. The one thing I did learn; Rio is smaller than I thought. I would have my family in Barra and I would be in Copa, Ipanema or Leblon. I would purposely not turn on my Rio Cell phone, but would keep my Nextel alive for the day………On one of my first return visits I was at the Sheraton Leblon with my GFE, we were in bed watching a movie when there was a knock on the door….heart in my throat, I wait and try to ignore the knock…….I then look through the peep hole (thankfully no one was there; I concluded it was the maid for turn down service). Immediately, I call my wife’s apartment from my Nextel to confirm her location. (This will teach me to use the standard Hotels my wife would think of.)

no on to help....here is a girl i have seen on several occasions.....she is always with the same group of friends and always in the same location....as i mentioned before on this board...i believe some of the help girls mark their territory...they are always in the same spot everynight......this girl always tries to start high......but she can be had for the norm....then she will try to get you to pay her taxi and she uses a friend who raises the rates....one time she got me on that one.....my portuguese gets pretty good after a few drinks.....or is that pig latin....

An observation: GUYS, DO NOT BE CARELESS WITH THIS COPY OF KARLA'S BOOK

Thanks for posting it, D, but if some of our idiot brethern here on CH (y'all know who you are) start spreading it around, there will be hell to pay with one of the few semi-decent outcall services in Rio (as in no more book for gringos, etc). Anyway, as you showed us, even with Karlas, it can be hit-or-miss, the girl with braces being a case in point.

As for how to avoid Brasileira wife while in Rio, it's tuff, very tuff (OK, no snickering, Sandman and friends). Not staying at the f-ing Sheraton may be a good start. Loved your non-puta pics from there and the Baia de Guanabara, BTW. My usual stomping grounds are Porto Alegre, and although my wife has spies everywhere (it's her hometown), I follow a few simple rules.. which may or may not be useful to you guys who aren't married to brasileiras, but have "noivas"-

#1 bribe the doorman to your hotel and the receptionists, be very open and tell them that you are hiding from the wife, not to register ANYONE to your room (they have to register all extra guests, but as I found out, they don't neccisarily have to register them to YOUR room, any room works fine)

#2 Anything more freaky (duplas, festas, etc), take it to a motel OUT OF TOWN, right at the outskirts works fine, of course, the outskirts in Rio are further out than in POA.

#3 Wingmen, have a very good, definitely married, mongering buddy make the arangements for you, provide coverage, run interference, etc. Have your story amde up before hand, keep it SIMPLE, and make sure everyone sticks to script.

#4 If you must hang out with your "namorada" outside of the bedroom, do it under the cover of married mongers who are up to the same shit (mutual assured destruction if anyone squeals, ohterwise it's good protective camoflauge). Don't go anywhere near anywhere that your wife and friends and family might go. Restaurants - go out of town! or at least to someplace she wouldn't be cuaght dead in. Private parties, friend's house, etc are best for "night on the town" (yeah, yeah, dont' need to wine and dine putas, but it's fun. As for semi-pro namoradas, wining and dining is part of the deal). For instance, last time I was out and about with some putas in POA, it was at a campaign party for my buddy's mayoral candidate (of the opposition party! my wife's family is PT). Anything goes, and nothing bad to get back to the wife (at most she hears that I got drunk at a comicio, so what).

#5 Most important, CASH ONLY. Doh! but it bears repeating - cash is king. How to explain large withdrawals? "I owed Joao R$300" (Joao being a buddy), "I had to pay Dr. Beltrao R$300" (Beltrao being my lawyer.. I'm always funneling cash to him anyway), etc, and then they hand the money back to me (got to keep story straight), or better yet, I really do owe them money and I just "overpay" them.

Last point, cellphone? I don't OWN a cellphone - for exactly that reason, wife traceability. (OK, sometimes I have to play "yes, honey, I'm carrying the work cellphone, no honey, I'd get fired if it gets used for personal calls, incoming or outgoing). Of course, that only slows her down, doesn't stop her - once had a driver who was waiting for me at airport hand me HIS cellphone, she was on it!

Bottom line, brasileiras are insanely jealous and infinitely resourceful. But at the end of the day.. they're worth it!

BTW, who's the blond "falsa magra" with the heart-shaped pendant and the bedroom eyes? Looks like fun....

I concur with you Brasialeras are born with radars in their brains, and can compute faster then anything you can think of. However, there are some other things about them also:

1. They are use to their boyfriends / husbands being with others. However, they do not want to know about it.

2. At times, they might even approve of another sessions.

I know about this because I have three friends that have Brazilian wives.

Here are situations my friends have told me about:

Situation #1 - Single friend Rio with the married friend

Wife suggested that my friend take his friend to a terma. My friend was supposed to get a massage from the male massuer downstairs while the friend sessoned upstairs. Of course, my friend had a weak moment. Of course his wife knew that would happen, but she overlooked it.

Situation #2 - Friend goes to a class in Miami & he goes to a go go bar

My friend went to a go go bar in Miami. When he got home, he had a T-shirt covered with lipstick. She got really mad. He admitted go to the go go bar. Later she told him to have more discretion. She said that it was normal for guys to cheat, but to just be careful, and to make sure she did not find out. What this means is that my friend's wife expects that he will not be perfect. However, if she finds out, there will be hell to pay.

Situation #3 - Visit Day Time Termas

My friend visit Terma Aeropuerto during week days. This of off the beaten track from Copacabana.

Don't Do This - Visit BA While Wife Is In Rio

Friend's wife figured out he was in BA. Friend had some pesos. No way to explain.

Friend is still married to Brasilera, but now he has to be very careful. Friend will probably get rid of cell phone.

it is very common in brasil for older men to be with younger women. the prime difference is the girls we see in rio would be considered maids and very low class......

when my brother in laws father was on his death bed, at his side was his wife, his girlfriend, and his children. he was a very prominent lawyer in sao paulo, with a lot of property and several private clubs in both brasil and the u.s. naturally, the girl friend is fighting the family for some of the estate.

brasilian women are very creative and will constantly set traps.......the other day my wife and i was at dinner....she looks at me and tells me that she knows i am seeing someone in rio...and that it is ok...because as she stated "I am the wife, I know my place....she is the affair and she has her place" ok the cheese is on the trap....do not take the cheese. i do not know what she is talking about.

my wife like all other brasilian women....have their spies......one time...we were on the beach in barra and she looks at me and says, i know what you have been doing in rio........i had you followed.....just waiting for me to break.....(my nickname is shultz) i have no idea what she is talking about........

anyway...to continue one of my favorite putas....i joke with her in help.....and even try to help her sometimes....would you believe this girl has 3 children?????

The Karla Models book pics with faces can still be misleading. I saw the book also. Look at the Sandy and Jennifer pics posted and the ones in the book. Valeska is an ugly one but has good looking pics. Tatianne is like her pics, but what is missing in the pics is her personality -- what a ball of spinner fire and fun.

BadJohnny - The Sheraton has it's OWN beach, in fact it's just about the only truly private beach in all of Brazil (military bases excepted, of course). On the other hand, it's a cab ride to anywhere except Leblon.. oh and it's a skip away from VIPs! Honestly, for a first-timer, you're better off staying in Copa somewhere, but for gawd's sake, read the BwanaDik Guide to Rio before you go any further with your Rio plans.

You ended the first sentence of your report with "I will try." Well let me say something, you more than succeeded in your efforts. Like Moondog, you are a talented visual writer in that you use wonderful pictures to complement your report while at the same time providing the reader with valuable information.
Since you posted your report I've gone back to it three times to enjoy your writing and all the fantastic photos. I can't tell you how many times I've reread Moodogs report but for some strange reason I can't get past the pictures of Karen. You two guys have the most successful report formula imaginable.

Kimo, I don't know if you add 5 years, but to be safe add or subtract a year or two to get a true range. In my personal experience, about 40% of the girls I've taken to my hotel were younger than I thought (all over age), 40% were accurate and the other 20% were a year or two older than stated.

That was really enlightening. Thanks! It's really easy to get burned by good photos (I have before), and such comparisons between professional photos and your decent but amateur photos shows this. Your pics indicate what they're going to look like on average in reality. A really great looker is going to stay good looking.

I think the girl's name is Pricila and she's a hard core girl who is always next to, to the right of the first ticket window and asks for 400 reals and won't come down until later in the night. She's been there for years and has a few kids, but the number changes from time to time. I've herd some good and very bad things about her, a few stories similar to what DIV said about performance for regulars. There are some girls who prefer regulars for the same reason we do. With that said I thought she was doable first time in Rio and the second 40 day trip, but the 400 real price tag made me laugh and when combined with her stuck up I'm better than attitude I just moved on to better and cheaper girls.

I always found if funny…if someone is being indicted you will always find the story on the front page of the newspaper……However, when someone is being cleared of a charge it is hidden on the back page.

The Sheraton is guest friendly; but they are in the process of updating many of the rooms.

What I meant by read a different book....is more of try to explore other parts of Rio...not just Copa....I have met many monger who has never left Copa...never visited any of the sights...oh well..

With the Favla just above the Sheraton....One time I was at the pool reading a book, minding my own business....and I hear pop...pop pop pop...I know that is small arms fire....I look around and no one is moving....just laying in their chairs as if nothing has happened.








Some people dislike Help....myself, I think I have more fun at Help than anywhere...I enjoy watching how people react to different situations.......I enjoy practicing my poor portuguese and you can actually have fun just watching...

Karla is really losing her touch these days. A couple of years ago she was a top earner at Centaurus, then she just started working the tables at TA. Never had to go into Help, she would pull R$300 short time sessions out of TA with ease. Then, she had to start actually going into Help but always left early and at top price. Now, she's not leaving that early anymore, and she's discounting and bargaining. I don't think she'll be at VM anytime soon, but her prime is behind her. Still a nice girl, though, but she better have her GP exit stategy planned and ready to go.

Karla/Shelia whatever name she is using, can be found every night in Help. Many nights she leaves by herself, I think its because she is still asking for 4-500R. Glad to see that guys are smart enough to move on, it wont belong beofre she realises that the gravy train has stopped and she can no longer command such top money (especially since she wont allow nude or underwear pics).

Funny story on Karla. One afternoon at TA, I was sitting with a friend and he spies Karla walking by and just goes Ga-Ga. I call her over and introduce them. He speaks absolutly zero Port.

She agrees to R$200 with him for 2 hours and they disappear around the corner to his place. a
About 10 minutes later they reappear. I muse, "that was fast!" Seems she demanded the money up front and when he produced R$200, she demanded more. She now wanted R$300. He said he would not pay R$300. I asked her if she wanted to earn R$200 and she said no! Her minimum was R$300. I apologized for the mis understnding (even though I am positive she agreed to R$200). She smiled and walked away. Could have made R$200 in less than an hour.

I agree with the comments. She is beginning to show her age, putting on a few extra pounds and the fun bags are way too obviously silicone. She is also entering Help more often now and leaving alone many nights.

My congratulations on a really great trip report. You have ABSOLUTELY nothing to be apologizing for at all. Do Karla's or any of the other services, specialize in shorter women ? (<160 cm) I will be going to Brasil later in the year, and just getting my ducks in a row. I've been there before, but it's been WAY TOO LONG since the last trip. I hope my trip report won't pale in comparison to yours. I enjoyed the "tourist" pictures too.

One of the reasons I enjoy Rio is my wifes' family is from Sao Paulo. As large of a city as it is, I am afraid to let my hair down there. Recently, I mentioned I may spend a few days in SP, the response I received was "Why, you hate Sao Paulo."



I have always viewed SP as a large city; yes there is plenty to do if you like the culture, but I would prefer to spend time on the beach with a book.

However; another venue to find local brasilerios women besides the mall is Xuxa Park, Sao Paulo. I took my two boys and the amount of single moms or MILFs was impressive. Of course, myself the single dad with two small boys, I needed all the help I could get and they were willing to help...

One of the reasons I like 4x4 is if you can take advantage of the senior citizen discount....if you session before 5:00pm (1700hrs) your entry fee is waived....
