It's amazing to me that many die-hard Phil friends of mine always by-pass Manila and head straight for AC. On this trip, I actually spent more time here than in AC. Unbelievable talent at some of the bars with very few mongers (except at Flamingo which was always crowded). I’ve always thought there were generally better looking girls in Manila, and some bars in this City can rival the fun factor you get in AC. You’ll see less “province girls” (ergo less clingy and fewer stalkers) and more gals that are locally grown and/or earning money for nursing/secretary/waitress/blackjack school. The obvious drawbacks are that (1) Manila tends to be very expensive (1900-3000 barfine at Burgos and 1k at DEC and EDSA) PLUS tip to the gal of about 1500 per session; (2) LDs are over 300 pisos each and (3) Girls are geared toward ST here, which can be 2hrs-4hrs depending on the girl.

Ironically, the best and most fun places with consistently great lineups in Burgos is usually the cheapest barfine at 1900, such as Flamingo and Bandidos. LD pressures were not as intense these days, probably because there were so few mongers. To keep costs manageable, I tend to stick with the EDSA complex and the DEC (“Domestic Entertainment Complex”) where barfines are still 1K.


I checked out many, many bars in Manila, but will only mention some noteworthy ones this trip from each entertainment complex

DEC: I must have been the only monger each time I went to the DEC complex. They have six small bars here. Low mileage gals in general and a few bars (My Fair Lady) were plenty fun. What’s really appealing about this place is that if you like the fresh off the bus and/or secretary-cum-freelancer-at-night type of girls, there are a good number of them here. My only concern is that the place is so not busy that it’ll go under soon, I can't subsidize their rent for too long. Check this place out.

LA CAFÉ: The L.A. Café was packed and rockin as usual, in fact, on some nights, it got so damned crowded that I had to sit upstairs for the first time. Plenty of hotties at this bars and the girl-guy ratio must have been 2:1. Just beware of the pushy “mamasans” that seem to pester you a lot more than before.

EDSA: This was THE Complex to be this trip, again, very few mongers and some incredible gems at many of the bars here. Spacegirls and Firehouse both had their usual outstanding lineup, at least 5 or 6 hotties. But one surprise this trip was that Bullets and Arrows bar (next to Firehouse), which was fielding an unusually good first string offense (at least 1/3 of the 30 or 40 gals) were quite attractive.

BURGOS: Flamingos was usually crowded but I had tons of fun here, overall, a vastly improved lineup that is probably one of the best I’ve seen in the Phils. The girls here actually love to dance and I honestly thought that about 10 gals were eminently doable this trip from this bar. Do not miss this bar. Bandidos was totally deserted each time I went but had two or three total sweethearts and beauts each night. This is a fun bar with friendly staff and gals.

This first gal looked so much like a Colombiana or "Colompino", as KM says, that I actually did a double take upon seeing her and tried speaking to her in Spanish. Had to wait eons for some Aussie Mate to finish drinking with her, pretty rude I thought, a monger should either fish or cut bait, but NOT nurse a fricken beer for an hour w/a gal indecisively. Definitely one of my pet peeves, almost as bad as how usually cars w/Jesus fish stickers usually cut me off on the freeway. This girl was well-worth the wait, been in the business only 2 months and she had an incredible body and an unusually gifted dancer on stage and in bed.

I’ll call her the Colompino Gal in honor of KM.

Now, this last girl was simply the whole package-- beautiful face, excellent body and an incredibly fun girl to be around. She says she wants to be a model someday and I told her, what a coincidence, "I want to be playboy photographer someday". Talked her into dong a practice shoot which resulted in no less than 30 pics. Can't show them all :-), but I'll share some w/ the board.

First two girls are definately hot. You didnt mention in what area you found the first one. I also love to go to Makati and EDSA at least one night during the trip but I have planned at least 3 nights on my next trip as I dont mind paying more for higher quality. I have been to Domestic Airport Plaza and I was also the only monger in nearly every bar and the quality is fairly high. The girls are really low mileage at these places. My only problem with Makati is that it is dangerous to walk around there because the police are extremely corrupt in that region and I have been pulled over twice at night with my date with accusations that the girl was underaged and other times just getting harassed. This is especially true this time of the year with them wanting Christmas bonuses from unsuspecting kanos. Not saying it will happen to everyone but watch out. Have read about 5 guys getting put in jail for no apparent reason and others being held at gunpoint by police and thats just recently. THose fuckers get desperate during the holidays and are just as bad as TJ cops..maybe worse.

Blazers, that's actually good advice about the cops, I got hit up last trip in Manila but near Pasay City. Makati, I hear, draws corrupt cops like flies; beware of setups as well and I've been more and more Billyboys on the streets there also.

Very nice. That first girl has a smoking body. I love those mini-torpedos and that ass looks FINE from a distance. I'm a fellow MNL/EDSA lover and usually try to split time 50/50 with AC, although the last few trips have tilted towards AC as I was meeting up with certain folks.

Nice to know my favorite bar (my fair lady) is doing well and still fun after the resurfacing!

wow, great picks. they all have a very different look, but are all stunners. I also loved the girls of manila so much that i took off a day early from ac to spend another day there. Although if i had to choose between the two, i'd probably choose AC, but from my limited experience, i wouldn't bypass manilla.

DM, unfortunately, My fair lady exists in name only, it's nowhere near the size and number of gals that it used to be at EDSA. But MFL still had a couple of fun cuties there as well as one mamasan from the old MFL. I actually adore those upright titties that salute you as you undress the gal. Dig this, this gal has an identical twin sister who is equally lovely; but the twin only works part-time.

Gregorio, Burgos is still a lot of fun and totally wide open right now, but I've been seeing more billyboy freelancers on the streets and cops wandering about looking for marks.
