The following is a transcript of a recent press conference held by RT Gooch

Press Liaison: OK everyone, please settle down. Thank you all for coming out.

We all know that RT Gooch doesn't like doing these press conferences, but he felt that he had to thank you for the strong reviews you gave for his new book, RT here, there, and everywhere. Also, he will be touring the country doing book signings, and will not have time to write a proper trip report, so here we are.

Just a few rules for everyone to remember: A) If selected, please limit yourself to exactly one or two questions; B) RT will not answer any questions relating to the stalking indictment. The District Attorney decided not to press charges, so it is a non-issue. Mr. Gooch will only answer questions directly related to his recent trip to Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, May 22-27, 2006; C) No, Rush, RT will not stop at the farmacia and pick some 'items' up for you, so don't ask.

Well, here he comes. Members of the press… RT Gooch!

RTG: Good morning everyone. I only have a few minutes, so let's get started.

Reporter #1: Hello RT. Let's cut right to the chase. You were just in the D.R. last month. Why go back so soon?
RTG: Simple. Work sends me there. Now that I get to go to Santo Domingo, I don't have as much to complain about, and I needed to see Rosaura again - just to give her the CD of her photos.

Reporter #1: Rosaura? Photos? What Photos?
RTG: You need to pay closer attention. Last trip, I got to spend some time with a beautiful chica. Not only did I have a great time with her, but she liked to pose for pictures. I promised to bring her back a CD with her photos when I returned. Just to remind you, here are two pictures of her:

Reporter #2: Wow! Did you get to see her again?
RTG: Sadly, no. As I feared, some guy with money took her off of the market. I called her, and she said that she would make time to see me, but she wound up blowing me off on three separate occasions. She no longer works at Casa Azul, either. I will try again next time.

Reporter #3: So you didn't see Rosaura. Did you get to date anyone during your trip?
RTG: Of course. I live for this stuff. The first night, I made donations at two or three different casinos. I wasn't impressed with the lineup at the Jaragua Casino, so I wandered down Calle Pasteur to a place a couple of doors east of the Girls House. I don't remember the name, but it was called the something Café. There's a small neon light and a barker out front - it's pretty hard to miss. You walk in to a medium sized room with a bar on the right. Straight down the hall are two curtained-in living room-type areas, and past the bathroom, it opens up into a nice restaurant. When I got there, approximately 15 girls were hanging out in the bar area. All of them large-breasted, and not ashamed to show them off.

Many reporters at once: Large breasts???
RTG: Calm down, guys. Yeah, most of the girls there were stacked. It was pretty impressive.

I was approached by the pretty and busty Charo, who seemed friendly enough, and didn't get all that broken-hearted when I told her that she was crazy if she thought that I would buy her a Hennessy. She settled for a Miller Ice, which was an outrageous $5. I can only imagine what the Hennessy would have run.

We hit it off pretty well, so I paid the 2,500 charge and we headed off to my hotel. The sex was good, with lots of kissing, BBBJ, and multiple positions. She also let me take a few photos - my assistant is passing them out now.

Charo stayed for about an hour and a half. I needed to get up early for work, so that worked out fine for me. Yes, you - miss?

Girl Reporter: After seeing that rack, I am a little ashamed to even address you, RT. It sounds like you had fun with Charo, but what about the other nights?
RTG: Don't be too hard on yourself, miss. I am sure that you have, er, attributes, that set you apart from the other girls. Would you like to come by my hotel later for a private interview?

Girl Reporter: Not on your life. I wouldn't touch you with Paris Hilton's twat. Just tell us about any other girls you saw and stop looking at me like that.
RTG: A feisty one! Great! Well, Tuesday night, against my better judgment, I was still gambling at the Jaragua at 1:30 in the morning. I walked out along the row of slot machines behind the cheap blackjack tables, and I got hijacked by some blonde. I told her that it was late, that I didn't have much money left, that all I wanted was to go to sleep, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. I wound up agreeing, and then she told me that she didn't have any ID, and that we would have to go off-site to a cabana, not to my hotel. I found that unacceptable, so she passed me off to her friend, Lina. Now, for all I know, this was a total set-up, but I didn't care at this point.

Lina was older than I usually like (she told me she was 28, but I think 35 is more likely). We didn't discuss money, but as we were leaving, the blonde and one of her friends asked me for a 'propina'. I told them no, and they thought that I didn't understand. I explained (in Spanish) that I knew exactly what they wanted, and that they did nothing to earn a propina (from me, anyway), and that they weren't getting one.

Back at the hotel, Lina put on a stellar performance. She was a little shy, picture-wise, but in bed, a tiger. The blow job was excellent, she was OK with any and all positions, and when we were done, she turned off the lights, snuggled against me, and said good night. I put in for a wake up call that would give me enough time to hit her again in the morning, and we did just that.

When she left, I gave her 2,300 pesos ($74.19). She was happy, and I was really tired at work on Wednesday. OK, you, sir - In the University of Florida T-shirt.

Idiot Reporter: Hey HEy Hay, RT. How come you don't date any hookers that are Gator fans?
RTG: Sit down, you idiot. Who let this guy in? Next question, please.

Reporter #4: Sorry about him. He makes all of us look bad. That's two girls in two nights and a morning. You said that you had to work, and didn't get in much action. Is Santo Domingo that great a mongering destination?
RTG: Excellent questions. I only saw one more girl that trip, as my clients got into town Wednesday morning. As to Santo Domingo being a 'great' destination, I wouldn't put it exactly that way. Things are pretty expensive there (taxis, food, hotels), compared to South America and even Costa Rica. Since the crackdowns a year ago, your daytime options are limited, and you always have to be aware of what I call the 'hustle factor' - a perfect example was the girls asking for tips at the casinos. Also, the taxi drivers will charge you double, if you don't stand up to them. Work pays for my hotel and airplane, but I probably wouldn't go there on my own dime. All the way in the back - is that a hand I see?

Reporter in Back: <Garbled. Too far from the microphone to be heard.>
RTG: No, I don't have those pants anymore. I gained some weight, and they don't fit me. I like these jeans, too, but I really don't think that they're drop dead cool. Now, does anyone else have a question about my trip?

Reporter #5: You said you saw three girls, RT. Charo and Lina are two. Who was number 3?
RTG: Well, it wasn't Rosaura, that's for sure. She agreed to see me Friday afternoon, and then changed it to 8:00 pm. At 8:15, she called to say that she wasn't coming, really screwing up my day. I had originally planned on Rosaura in the daytime, and someone else in the evening.

Reporter #5: So, what happened, then?
RTG: I had dinner at the hotel, and then proceeded to lose money at every casino I stopped in. I can not prove this, but you never see the decks of cards face up at the blackjack tables, even when they get mixed the first time at a new table. I have no idea if there is a Dominican Republic Gaming Commission or not, but I would not be surprised if there were some 10s missing from the decks.

There was no one I wanted to spend time with in the Jaragua, so I walked down to the Girls House, with plans to go to Casa Teresa if I didn't see anyone I liked. At the Girls House, the chicas swarm around you when you enter - that's fairly common in Santo Domingo, and I find it really annoying. If I'm there for a girl, I will look around until I find one. I finally shook them off (I had to rudely turn my back on them and talk to the bartender) and got to look around. There were two girls that I would have taken, out of the 40 or so girls there. I spoke with the first one, and we were getting ready to leave, when she told me that she didn't have her ID, either. What is it with these hookers? Anyway, I wasn't going to a cabana (I had a perfectly good and paid for hotel room), so she left. Then I called over Carolay.

Carolay is more of my usual type - pretty little spinner. We chatted a bit, and then I decided that she would do, and I didn't want to deal with more taxis and another club, so I gave her 2,000 pesos ($61.52) and she paid the house and changed her clothes.

Back at the hotel, Carolay was a willing, but not very excited to be there, participant. We did all the things that we were supposed to do, but she wouldn't kiss, and the blow job was with a condom. She was up and in the shower fairly quickly after we were finished, and dressed not soon after that. I got off a few pictures, and gave her 200 pesos for a taxi, and she was on her way.

Reporter #6: So, you got laid four times. You really aren't here to tell us the trip sucked, are you?
RTG: No, I guess not. It just seems that I have raised the bar pretty high on my last few trips. A while back, this would have been a stellar visit for me. Some good sex, a sleepover, and work paid for the plane and hotel. But I've been to too many places where I have been treated like a king to give this trip a top score.

I noticed from the photos that all the girls were light skinned compared to the other posts. I was beginning to think that there were only black girls in DR. I like them lighter skinned thats why I chose Colombia.

RTG: I'm a lighter-skinned girl fan, too. I have found a larger selection of fairer chicas on the south side of the island (Santo Domingo) than on the North Coast (Puerto Plata/Sosua). There's plenty of girls there, so if you shop well, you should do OK. All right, next question. You, sir?

Have prices gone up in the last year or two? And could you tell me about (or give me a reference to) that crackdown a year ago that you mentioned?

As to pricing, Mr. ColdBeer covers that issue as well as I could (and in MANY fewer words) in his report here. The peso was hovering at about 31 to a dollar when I was there last week.

As to the crackdown, I don't know the details, but 'they' (whoever 'they' are) raided most, if not all, of the massage parlors and just closed them down.

Daytime action is somewhere, I'm sure, but not as prevelant as it was. When I walked past The Girls' House on Friday at around 2 in the afternoon, there was a barker outside. That makes sense, as some of the chicas live there. It's possible that other casas are open in the day as well. A few phone calls could probably get that all settled.

RT, as it would be my first time visiting SDQ 08/24 - 08/29... I could us some easy steps for a first timer... when you pay the house, does this include the girls fee, and if not what's the average? As well as I don't want to look or work to hard so where do I need to go or who do I need to call? Thanks in advance.

RT, thanks... as for the working to hard I mean the haggling and or getting ripped off... as the only spanish that I know is Hello and my name is...so no not working hard to close a deal... LOL
