Car was waiting for me when I came out of the clubhouse at 4:00pm. Went right up to the room, was going to take a nap, but decided to see what Pattaya looked like during the daytime. Took another baht bus, got dropped off in the middle of town and did some walking. What I saw didn't impress me, but I did find one thing of note. I saw a sign that advertised deep-sea fishing, something I love to do, but rarely get a chance to do it. I inquired inside and they showed me pictures of about 6 really big boats. The smallest one was 3,000 baht. I said I thought that was a little high for one person and they explained that this price was for up to 15 people, including rods, tackle, bait and a crew of 3. I was tempted to book it just for myself and any girls I found that night but he volunteered that the fishing right then was poor, only very small fish. I still put it in the back of my mind. I also saw an ad for a house for rent. The lady said it was a 2-bedroom house with living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, satellite TV, linen and A/C, available for 1,200 baht a night. This is their card:
Went back to the Residence Garden, checked emails at a little shop 100 feet up the road and laid down for an hour. Did the bbq deal and wound up talking to some very friendly New Zealanders. Man, I wish I had their flight time, about 5 hours. Went upstairs and got ready to go out.
I figured I would start out at the Happy a-go-go. There were at least 5 other girls that I would have barfined, and although I had read that its not a good idea to barfine different girls out of the same bar, I figured this was a different situation, plus it was my last night in Pattaya. And what I liked about Happy a-go-go (and it wound up being the only bar I went into in Pattaya) was the dancers rotated forward from pole to pole after every song, so pretty much no matter where you were sitting, you eventually got a good view of everyone. I found in bars like The Long Gun and Angel Witch, if you were in a bad seat, you might miss half of the talent. I sat down @ 8:30pm and checked out the ladies. I saw at least 3 girls from last night that I would have barfined - the night was looking good. It only took 10 minutes for Som to find me. She came over and was very affectionate and apologetic. She suggested I take someone else, because she couldn't do long time with me. I asked her for a suggestion and she pointed out her roommate Fon. I liked what I saw and had her come over after the set. Her English was a little better than Som's but not much. She was a lot smaller than Som, and had a very pretty face. The wheels were turning - I wanted them both, but would they go for it? I gave Som 1,000 baht and asked her to pay both of their barfines. She got really excited and kept thanking me saying we would have good time, we would have good time. They started to get ready to go and then mamasan came over and politely informed me that they were short girls tonite and Som was needed to dance in their spectacle at 10:00pm. No problem, we'll hang out here for a while. We left at 11:00pm and they both wanted to go straight back to the hotel. Again, no problem with reception in the lobby, went right up to the room. Although I offered to get them food earlier, both girls were now hungry and asked if they could have the two cups of Noodles on top of the fridge. Jeez, I don't know girls, that's gonna set be back 30 baht. Each. These girls are so simple in a great way. I start kissing Fon and tried to get Som into the action but she wasn't having any of it. That's ok; I never make anyone do anything they don't want to do. Fon and I moved into the bedroom while Som watched TV. At half time, I had Fon tagged Som in and we got down to business. I guess that's a threesome the hard way? Then while Som and I are going at it, Fon knocks on the door and says she'd like to leave. Someone called her (another customer?) and would it be all right? I told her no problem, give me a minute and I'll pay you. Now, up until now I didn't mention this, but I was always extremely vigilant about securing all valuables in the room safe. My wallet always went in upon arrival and when it came out, I never had more than 5,000 baht on me tops. I also kept all credit cards and bank cards locked in the safe unless I was going to use them. I also carried a copy of my passport; the original stayed in the safe. I opened the safe, took out my wallet and closed the safe. I had 1,300 baht in my wallet (plenty more cash loose in the safe). I took out 1,000 baht, gave it to Foy and said goodnight. Instead of locking my wallet back, I put it on the dresser and put a disposable camera on top of it and went back to Som in the bed. After the festivities, Som got out of bed and went right to the bathroom. Five minutes later she comes out and says "you take shower now". I find this strange, but what the heck? I take a quick shower, and when I come out Som is dressed and says she'd like to go because I snore and she has English lessons at 8:00am. I tell her no problem. I reach for my wallet and I'll be damned if it wasn't moved!!! And to top it off, when I look inside, there's only 200 baht, not 300!!! What the fuck? Now I am positive she rifled through everything and I'm happy that I've been super vigilant about locking everything up. Guys, out of all the girls that went through my two hotel rooms, this was the most innocent-seeming one. I debated whether to say something on principal, because obviously 100 baht is nothing. But I decided against it. I came up with something better. I opened up the safe and took out 1,200 more baht and counted out 1,400 and gave it to her. I told her I was very sorry, I wanted to give her 1,500 like the night before and I thought I had 1,500 put away but I must have lost 100 baht somewhere. I couldn't tell if she knew that I knew, but I felt like the score had been settled. I said goodbye, but didn't get walk her downstairs to get a cab. I went to sleep, ready to go back to Bangkok in the morning.
