Got up around 9:30am and Nat was in the living room, watching HBO. Put 2,000 baht down by her purse. We sat and watched "Another 48 hours" 'til about 11:30, fooling around the whole time. I told her I needed to buy some souvenirs as I was leaving tomorrow and could she help me, with the translation and all. No problem. We go to the weekend market and find everything on my list. I bought her a pair of jeans and some fish for her aquarium. Set me back a total of 250 baht. And, oh yeah, I sprung for lunch too. We got back in a cab and she takes me completely by surprise. She says her mother's coming into town tonite and she'll have to meet her at the station. Maybe she'll see me, but she doesn't think so and she says she'll give me the barfine money back, sorry, she forgot about her mother. I don't know what to make of this, I know I didn't piss her off, but I can't read the vibe. I tell her ok, but I'd really like to see you tonite. She says if she's coming, she'll be there at 9:00pm
I leave her in the cab and get out at the Omni; it's about 4:00pm. I've got to pick up my suits at 7:00pm, how do I kill three hours? Then it hits me. I've been in Bangkok for a week and haven't tried a real massage parlor. So I hail a cab and ask him to take me to CP2, because I know from the posts here that they don't pay a taxi commission. Of course he tries to talk me into CP1, but I'm having none of it. He wants to know if he should wait for me outside for 2 hours. What are you, fucking nuts? Plus, now I know where the Skytrain is and that's how I intend to get back. Finally he wants to know if he can drive me to the airport tomorrow (came up in conversation) but I had the free transfer from Omni. That I probably would have inquired about. Anyway, I get to CP2 having read about it but still not expecting such a big place. It's like a medium size hotel. I see the fishbowl and all the guys hanging out. It's very laid back. No one approached me for 15 minutes, which was good because I really didn't see anything that caught me eye. Then a girl came in from the back and she had a great rack and smile and started waving to me. I gave her number to the papasan and she met me outside the fishbowl. I paid the 1,700 baht plus 60 baht for a VIP room and we went upstairs. Turned on the TV, got undressed as she started the bath. Ordered a beer for me, orange juice for her and watched the Wizards/Lakers game from last night. Jordan looked tired. Had some beer and then it was time to get washed. She did a nice job, but her English wasn't very good. She moved me over to the air mattress and started the "slip & slide" I've read so much about. We then moved over to the round bed and started going at it. I forgot my condoms so had to use a house one which was a little tight - always remember to bring what you're comfortable with. Multiple positions and she put in a good effort and it was soon over. I went to a massage parlor and didn't actually get a massage. Tipped her 500 baht, she seemed happy. Now here's where I'll disagree with the majority of the posters. I didn't think the massage experience was that good and compared to long-time at 2,000 baht, it was no bargain. Couple that with the fact it's hard to communicate with someone behind a glass wall (sort of like a prison visit without the telephone) and it makes for a very sterile experience. I know you can't make a blanket judgment based on one experience, but it was very impersonal and mechanical from start to finish. Anyway, that's just my opinion and the bottom line is you go with what makes you happy.
I headed over to the Skytrain and was at Louis Tailors at 7:00pm. Everything looked great. I picked out some ties and they got me a cab to go to the hotel. I started packing in earnest, didn't want to wait until morning not knowing what the last night was going to bring. Everything fit; the new suitcase I bought was the right size. I showered and got ready for my last night in Bangkok.
Got to The Long Gun @ 8:30, not was packed as Friday night - guess it'll be a later crowd. Waitress brings me my Heineken and I start talking with a girl from the night before. She says she didn't think Nat was working tonite and I told her I had already barfined her but she had some family obligations. The girl said she knew Nat and tried to call her but the cell number wasn't working. I remember Nat saying something about needing to buy more time. So now I figure she's not coming for sure and I'll admit I'm a little pissed off, but there's just so many other women around, I force myself to focus. I spot the first girl that I talked to on Thursday and she was flashing me a big smile. She came over after her songs and sat next to me. I bought her a drink and this time she was totally different, laughing and kissing - just totally different. She said she'd been watching me, that I was here with many ladies. I guess that made me more attractive. I told her Nat wasn't available tonite and how would she like to go long-time? She asked, "How much you pay?" This was the first girl that asked up front. I asked her "How much you want?" and she insisted, "No, how much you pay?" I tell her 2,000 and she smiles. I say should we pay the barfine now and she says it's too early, let's wait. OK, no problem. Drinks are ordered, deep French kissing begins and in 10 minutes I've forgotten about Nat. At 9:05pm Nat walks in and as soon as this new girl sees her (can't remember her name) she jokingly says "OK pay my barfine now." We'll, he who hesitates is lost, so scram. She was good-natured about it. I offered to pay her barfine too, but she said, "I no go with other lady." Oh well, can't blame a guy for trying. Nat comes over and says she's taken care of the mother business and she's mine for the evening. We start making out, she says she needs to only dance one set and it's off to the Omni. All I'll say is the last night was a memorable one. Good things come to those who wait, as well as those who don't wait and hedge their bets.

i tend to agree w/your comments on the massage parlors. if you have to choose btwn the massage action and LT, i'd take the LT every time.
that said, the massage thing is a nice way to begin the evening. whether in phuket or bkk, i try to hit a massage joint in the late afternoon (which takes care of my shower), then have few drinks, then dinner, then begin the search for my date for the night.
i'm thinking about a few days in BKK in Feb or March in connection with a trip to Hong Kong. i think i'll be keeping an eye out for your little darling Nat at the Long Gun !!!!!

If you go to The Long Gun, Nat's hard to miss, especially when dancing. I highly recommend her. Oh, and did I mention she has two studs pierced in her tongue?
