Mens age and body type

I'm planning a trip to either the philippiens, Thailand or both. I've noticed in the reviews that some of the guys mention that since they were younger and in shape they got most or all the girls attention. I was wondering how it is for us guys who are in our fifties and out of shape. Any insight into this would be appreciated as I want to plan my trip soon.
