The more i look into this the more interested im getting. It looks like you can take ownership of some bars in Pattaya or Puket for anywhere from 30,000 to over hundreds thousands. Is Pattaya busy year around like BKK or is it a seasonal place. Does it get the weekend crowds like BKK and Nana Plaza? Guess i'll have to go on another vacation and take a look.
