Yes I probably have an extra 75K in Ira's etc and another home in AZ, but I'd like that as as a safety net.
The question boils down to basic living expenses like rent or buying a place. I looked at the budget and I wonder what type of place you can get for 10,000 - 15,000 Bt per month in Pattaya???
