Look, I wasn't trying to start some geo-political or historical discussion here. I just want to find out how difficult it will be to communicate with some hot chicas if I try Brazil or Argentina. Besides, I have no idea why "power" of a Country is supposed to make them bilingual. Being able to blow stuff up at will doesn't mean high school kids can find Brazil on a map...look at the statistics. Plus, outside of the poor chicas who are selling the booty, everyone knows English is language of Commerce.
