Can anyone compare DR to BA to me?

Hello fellow mongers, Im a newb at this but planning my first mongering party trip, Ill be heading out late september for a 3 week jounry. I have been thinking about either DR or BA, but I cant decide!! DR seems to have better climate and nice beaches etc but many of the girls there are abit dark for my taste, tho I have seen pics of some cute ones. BA seems to be abit cold and of course urban but has some great looking chicas. More sophisticated girls maybe? Can anyone that has been to both places compare them for me? Both the chicas, no pros and pricing(not just for girls). Ill be flying in from Europe. Thanks
