Having been to both places once, I prefer BA. DR has its charms, but Argentina is just a nice and sophisticated developing country. DR, by comparison is not nearly as developed or nice. I thought the session quality in Argentina was slightly better than that of the DR and I also thought the women in Argentina were better looking. If you are looking for women that have a western European type look, then check out BA. Most of the women in DR are black, but some do have lighter complexions because of the mix of Spanish blood. I think BA beats out DR in terms of an overall mongering experience, session quality, and looks of the women. I do have a friend though that I think prefers DR. So different strokes I guess. Based on what you have said I think you would like BA better.
