El Pensador, Good post! Thanks for the 'warning'. For Phase I, I'd suggest that you all bring a copy of the Bill of Rights along with your ID. lol For Phase II, just don't be stupid. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to 'sober up' before crossing back home. If you're even mildly inebriated walking back across, SDPS "May" stop you for 'public drunkenness'. BTW to the vein of SDPD watching people crossing the boarder. I can all but guarantee that the CHP will have a sobriety check point set up as you get on the freeway heading home. Again, Thanks to EP.
