I had called RP International on Saturday before I headed to TJ and they told me the exchange rate was 9.47. When I got to San Ysidro it turned out to be 9.525 with no commission! There wasn't one place giving this rate in TJ. You also do not get the best rate in an ATM machine like someone posted and my bank charges a $3 fee when I use an international ATM as well. Lakers
