In the past i have seen bottles of hard liquor on the tables and people getting loaded.Whats up here?Do they buy the bottle at the bar?If so do they charge big time for it?Do they charge for the mixer?Is this a frugal way for several buddies to tie one on in the bars?Whats the policy of the main monger bars on this.As always your knowledge on this question is appreciated.
