Hey, I didn't know about the Weismuller story...good stuff. Maybe they attributed the scratches to a cheetah attack...a particularly deep scratch could be an elephant "tusk" wound... Cancel that call to make-up.... I'm fascinated by the Mexican interpretation of Catholicism and these shrines...I understand that the "Virgen de Guadalupe" is quite unique within the parameters of Catholicism...and takes on more of a "fertility goddess" role in the culture ( I read this someplace...)..Although the putas are supposedly trying to avoid pregnancy, they no doubt are aware that they are engaging in the procreative act...so maybe that's why the "goddess" is there...kind of like the hex sign over the barn door...I've noticed too, that some of the putas put a big premium on the "first fuck" of the day...like the NV whores, who used to refer to the "first fuck" as "breaking luck"...Once you got the first one under your belt, your day was gonna be okay....
