Psychotherapists? Whoa...that's heavy. Remember many therapists have a vested interest in diagnosing "mental abberations", "dysfunctional behaviours", et al...and then treating them for a protracted period of time...for a fee of course. I can think of few things that would qualify as an addictive component in human beings as would the "sex drive"...the desire to lay into some chick. It has all the elements of "addiction", including a great "payoff", not only physically (pleasure beyond description...) and psychologically ( "I have lived to fuck again!Victory is mine!" - THAT must soothe the savage cerebellum...) The beauty of sex is that it's self-regulating...i.e., you can only fuck so much before you just naturally lay off for awhile ( although the monkeys at the ol' UC Davis "monkey barn" would put that notion to the test, incessant copulators that they were...)
