For taxicab, during rush hour it is not uncommon to get charged $7 to get back to the border. Just try to bargain to $6. Going back at regular hours, some taxicabs in front of AB try to charge $6 so I just head to CC to grab a cab which always charge the same $5. Welcome to the club.
