i work at the american consulate and you are fucked. you lied to get into the us which is illegal for even an american citizen to do. they will probably let you apply in one or five years but they will denie you. they have to let you apply but there are too many people trying to get in with zero problems to let someone that has a black mark in. sorry but that is why they make the rules
