I asked this question once before, but have never done this so I am asking again.
If I leave my car at the birder parking, and I want to catch a 9:30 AM flight out of SAN, what time do I have to check out of my hotel in TJ ?
My guess:
Leave hotel at 7:00
Drop fav off at 7:15
Arrive at border 7:30
Walk across to car 8:00
Drive to SAN 8:45
Drop car and bus to terminal 9:00
What do you think ?
