A monger friend who has access to Laker's website e-mailed me the illegal photos of Costa Rican chicas that Lakers is posting on his site. My friend asked me if I knew any of these chicas and I do. As I will be in Costa Rica the second week of January I will see if they want to press charges on Lakers for illegally posting their photos without their expressed written permission. I will gladly hire an attorney on their behalf to put a stop to the parasite activities that Lakers engages in and make him accountable for any harm he has caused them by illegally posting their pictures without their permission. It was only a matter of time before he made a mistake that violated the law.

It is easily enough to track down the ownership of his website through Network Solutions the company the goverment contracts to register domain names. This information is public record. If he is using a phoney name or phoney information to register his domain name, there are severe penalties if his intent is to use his domain name (website) to promote illegal porn....which he is obviously doing by posting nude pictures of women without their expressed written permission.

I understand that Lakers and El Pendasor do have legal counsel retained(So they claim) looking to take legal action against anyone who is bad mouthing their website and and the tours that they provided. Maybe they should be more concerned about the illegal content that they are providing on their own website.

It is my understanding that the Costarican goverment has been working closely with the FBI prosecuting the owners of websites promoting prostitution in Costa Rica, since even through prostitution is legal in Costa Rica.....pimping and anyone else who uses porn to profit are subject to prosecution. In light of the recent special on 20/20 concerning prostition and porn in Costa Rica I would think the FBI may have a strong interest in a website that is promoting itself by posting nude pictures of Costa Rican women without their express written permission.

My friend has copied and stored the complete website of Lakers if these girls wish to take legal action against Lakers. Sites like TJ Hombres have gone to extreme caution to ensure that there is no illegal content on his site and he should be commended for that. Lakers has branch out on his own and is apparently finding out that his website will just not draw mongers based on his experiences and the information he has taken from other sites that he claims is his original information. So now he is resorting to enticing mongers to his site by posting illegal pictures on his site. Well, this time he will be held responsible for his actions.....especially in light that he has threaten legal action to anyone who has dared to impose the First Amendment by bad mouthing his tours and website.
