You are paying too much for the cabs and the girls. I realize it was only your first trip, so I will let you off easy. But, please - stop this overspending activity immediately - you are costing us ALL good money. Along those lines - do NOT use the taxi service outside AB - they are charging WAY too much these days. Their reasoning is that the lines at the border are getting too long. Now, when it is after 4am - I tend to agree with them, so - I've started to WALK back over the bridge again, if it is after 4:30am(most of the rateros have already struck, gotten totally drunk and are out of the action by this time). Otherwise I take one of the cabs out in front of El Tejano(it is closer to AB than CC). When going to the ZN, I pretty much always walk over the bridge, as long as it is before 9pm(otherwise I will barter them down to $4 for the cab ride - it only takes 10 seconds!). The walk is easy and quick(10 minutes; shit, the cab takes 5 minutes). Plus, it is good exercise. REPEAT: Quit paying too much. You don't have to - and it is costing us all good money. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY! Remember, a Mexican worker gets paid about 1/10th what an American worker gets paid.
