Okay, quit talking about nonsense and wifes tales here, that piese of equipment that that hombre is carrying is a megger. It is used to check the electrical resistance in motor and wiring to see if they are bad. The use for it in the bar is to see just how MACHO or STUPID you can be when this guy cranks up the power and you are getting all the juice going up through your arms and hands. Believe me these things can sting a little bit and leave your hands and arms tingling. Just a toy made from a tool. LLFO S
